Location, quite place and staff. I feel comfortable during my stay. Close to central station and easy to find.

It was a lovely homestay experience. I was attracted to this place by the pool until I got there I realized the pool was at another hotel, even though it was just 5-min walk. Apart from that, everything was awesome. We stayed two days and the breakfast were not repeated! The staff cleaned our room in a way that completely blew my mind. I am super organized person and I was very impressed by their efforts.

Executive lounge was great. Breakfast was really nice in the restaurant Docklands museum a few doors down was excellent.

Excellent property, location, facilities and staff. We had a club room which made our trip all the more enjoyable.

The staff were extremely friendly and I was delighted by the low prices. Having vending machines with sandwiches, snacks and excellent coffee available 24/7 was also a huge bonus. The location was very good with a supermarket and several places to eat within walking distance as well as Bellavista train station and many bus stops.

The place is very nice. It is clean. staff are very helpfull.

It was ok. Stuff was friendly, rooms were clean, localization was perfect, a lot of great restaurants nearby.

Service, pool and gym on the roof, nice rooms , close to Asok (5-10minutes walk)

Great location and furnishings. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but the availability of the coffee maker and press and all of the ‘basic things’ (even chocolate and a welcome pastry) were so appreciated. We also loved the location ‘within’ the facilities of another hotel as some apartments can be hard to find, and this one wasn’t.

The bed is so comfortable Air conditioning was excellent in both main room and bedroom. A really good sized fridge. Staff were extremely helpful.

We spent quite a nice weekend in Paris. The hotel is 10 min walk from the metro station, quite easy access to Orly Airport and the city center. There are some really nice not expensive brasseries and restaurants by the metro station. Very nice friendly and staff at the reception. Relatively cheap vending machines at the lobby, great idea. In general that was one of the cheapest options available last minute within the city, so I wouldn’t complain.

Very central and ideal to visit the Victoria and Albert waterfront. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The property is located on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes from the Rathaus or the Votivkirche. Most apartments overlook an internal courtyard and are therefore rather quiet. Free coffee and tea is available in the lobby.

The pool and garden area were great. Lots of space and a good size pool. The villa was in a perfect position and walking distance to all the good restaurants, shopping and beach. The property was centrally located. View of Madrid from our room was beautiful. Our room was spacious and accomadated my large family of 6. Plenty of bathrooms. Offered breakfast at a reasonable price unfortunately did not get to try. They also provided flavored waters upon entering the hotel, which was very refreshing for the heat of Madrid. The apartment was well appointed and our hosts very helpful. We could walk easily from it to wherever we were heading in Madrid. Sebastian gave us plenty of information about different areas and marked them on a map for us.

The hotel experience in general was quite good. Public transportation is not far away with some great places to visit close by too. The room was really nicely set out with all one would expect and the room safe was handy too. It is not a laptop safe though and too small to allow for this. There was one gentleman working on the last night I was there who was super helpful and he provided top notch customer service, unlike the rest of the reception staff I liaised with over the course of my three days there. This gentleman even came knocking on my door upstairs for the wake up call since there seemed to be a problem with the phones. He then called me a taxi at the last minute then said he would come alert me when it got there. Had it not been for this one member of staff at the end, I would have rated this stay down a notch for customer service.

Really convenient location near Khao San Road, friendly & helpful staff

The fact that it was on the beach gives it a super plus. The Taco bar restaurant super good! The very good attention. I had a great time!

the hotel has good facilities but the beds in the rooms are not very comfortable, the breakfast is rich!

We like the decorations in the room and the terrace is very cozy!

The location of the property is superb. It is right in the middle of Hongdae area, close to everything and very easy to find. The room looks nice and very clean. There are some space under the bed to put our luggages. The staff were friendly; they allowed us to early check in, they have space to put our luggage during the day after we checked out in the morning and they allowed us to pack our luggage in the lobby when we came back to take it to the airport. Breakfast they serve were unlimited toasts and cereal with some milk and juice. Plus, there’s many electricity hub for us to plug in our chargers.

Accomodation was great value for money and very family friendly. The location was excellent for access to StKilda

Lovely hotel with friendly staff . Best breakfast out of all my hotels in South East Asia. Loved the display cabinets and furniture.

It was clean at least. There are cleaning ladies taking care of everything nearly all of the time. The staff were friendly. Nice lounge rooms and common areas to hang around in. Vending machines for chocolate bars, coffee and cigarettes, even though you can’t smoke inside. easily reachable on foot. Close to the center.

The location of the property in the old city where many attractions can be accessed easily. Khao San road is 500 meters away. Pubs and many restaurants are available. 7-11 store is nearby with 24 h services. Public transport like buses, taxis and tuk-tuks are easy to get. Bus No 79 is the best one to take you to the city center( Siam Square) and the cost is 13 Baht only. The area is very safe and the staff are nice.

Staff very friendly, they resolved my issue on the fastest way and smoothly. Bed was very comfortable, the room was absolutely clean and had a nice design. I also liked appearance of the main hall and entrance very much. You will find extraordinary statue there. When entering the building, take a look at the walls. Whole hotel is like a piece of art.

very well equipped, the room looks exactly as displayed on the photos. Minor hickup with check-in and keys but the host lady was very kind and helpful and everything was resolved within 5 minutes.
