Staff were very friendly, great location close to public transport, huge English cooked breakfast, ensuite bathroom good size. reasonably priced meals.

The hotel was less than a block from the duomo. There were many restaurants and a shopping area nearby. There were also cultural attractions within reach. The restaurant where our included breakfast was housed was excellent and only a block away.

The whole apartment was spotless, all amenities we could wish for were provided. Beautiful roof terrace with swimming pool was a great bonus. The property is right in the centre, easy walk to all sights and transport.

A very good option for those travelling with a tight budget. The room was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for our needs as turists.

Excellent location within 5/7 minutes walk of station with excellent links to airport just 10 minutes away. 15 minute walk into Old Town and Cathedral. Nice restaurants around the station and also in the Shopping Mall that the hotel is surrounded by.

Brilliant location, friendly and professional staff and although the rooms are simple, the hotel is well-maintained and scrupulously clean. Hotel is ideal for solo travellers and adults.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is very easy to access from Tennoji Station and was good for a stopover before leaving on a morning flight from Kansai Airport.

The location of this hostel was just about 2 kms from the Naples Central railway station, easily accessible by bus nos 254 or R5 (which I discovered). Even then, the place was quiet, with all the shops, restaurants of modest price within walking distance. The staff at the hostel, Alessandro and Salman, always with a charming smile, were very helpful in every way. The dormitory was good enough, clean and comfortable. All toiletries were provided in the common toilets. There was locker for keeping the valuables. The breakfast was sumptuous, and it was all free, included in rent for the bed. The best part was the evening dinner again free except for the price of one drink, usually a beer. This system is called Happy Hour in Italy. The best part of my stay here is that I met mostly young people from all over the world, during the evening get-togethers. Many of us have already forged a bond of friendship, with invitations to different countries from all parts of the world.

We were upgraded to a Junior suite by Dasy (I hope the name is correct) which was a very happy moment for us. The hotel and room is very clean. The suite was amazing with a very nice balcony. The parking facilities are good and it is next to the shopping mall and the metro station.

Evidently a fairly new hotel. It’s all clean and comfortable and the welcome was friendly and efficient, with good levels of spoken English. Breakfast was good, and varied from day to day. Price was comparable to what you’d pay in the UK outside London; no idea whether that’s good value by Moscow standards, but it seemed reasonable enough. Fairly handy for Park Kultury metro – less than ten minutes’ walk. Overall I’d recommend it, and would certainly stay there again.

Rooms, terrace and pool were amazing. The views could not be beaten and neither could the service. We saw dolphins from the terrace, had a completely relaxing break and business meetings and the staff even served us breakfast at 4:45 and helped us get off to our early flight.

Staff is cooperative, food is good. Overall a comfortable stay. Clean and hygienic Nice place for young couples as well

The apartment had every amenity that you could possibly need.

It’s a clean and comfortable apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

We came to the hotel at 11 pm the staff politely said room.is not ready, we asked to leave luggage in the storage room. It did not cost anything to us, they speak English and that is amazing.

Location. We were doing business at Pailo Hospital so short walk. Good buying area as well. Big C was around corner for food. Suphan Kwai area. BTS a short walk as well.

The hotel was conveniently located within the Dotonbori area, and there’s a 7/11 just at the ground floor. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the subway train station, and so near the Don Quijote (24h-hour) store. The Filipina staff (Juliet) at the reception was very helpful and approachable.

My single room had a view if the Grand Canal and the location was close to everything in Venice

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very nice . The concierge arranged a very good tour for us .

The Mercure is a welcoming hotel with good facilities. It is situated close to train lines and my room had a view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, so it was very central. As such there can be some drama from the street noise, even 7 floors up, and with the double-glazed windows closed, but this was not a problem for me and I slept well. The bathroom was excellent – a huge deep bath and plenty of hot water were very welcome after my days tramping around Paris. There was a fridge so it would have been possible to keep milk or wine in there (I didn’t but maybe should have – see below)

Very nice, renovated apartment 3 min walk from center in Old Town. Bright and clean. Good beds and nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of food in the fridge to make your own breakfast. A little balcony. Very nice and helpful host. He made sure we had everything we needed during the stay. A perfect place for two people. We would gladly come back.

The hotel was easy to find and the access via public transport was a bonus! There are so many amenities within walking distance there is no need to drive. The beds were comfy and the pillow fluffy. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to stay and cook your own meals. There was a great little laundry cupboard with a washing machine. There was plenty of bed space and it was stylishly decorated.

I didn’t feel particularly well here as the only common area is on the second floor which looked like some flop hotel. Guess they do well because of the location. Btw it’s not called the libertador – just the tador as half the outside sign has dropped off.

Very well located, close to the Lumphini Park, very professional and friendly staff. One the nicest swimming pools in town. Fast Wifi.

The coffee was machine made and had little taste. The breakfast options were OK. The hotel staff spoke adequate English The staff was co-operative but did not go out of their way to make you feel special. For example, I asked if they could mail out an a prepaid envelope by post to return my Pocket WiFi rental. They simply gave me directions to the nearst postal box instead of just taking it and mailing themselves.
