I arrived early to the hotel and the receptionist was very friendly as soon as the room was ready I got the keys👌🏻, good situation close to the center, and really calm, we slept really well, perfect breakfast!

Easy access to all the fun since it’s in Hollywood. The apartment is really good 2 king beds and 2 separate rooms and sofas are convertible to beds as well. You can cook and wash your clothes; although we didn’t really cook and wash. Good value for your money and free parking.

The service was the only redeeming factor about this place. Felt sorry for the receptionist who seemed apologetic and even embarrassed about the poor quality of the rooms.

Was just there for a night for customer visits in the city. So nice. Great whiskey selection at the bar for a night cap or two.

Secure, safe, very clean, tidy place and well built. Bed.comfortable, nice towels, robe, excellent bathroom. Spacoius clean, tidy dining area. Quiet and no problems with other guests behaviour. Friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Very nice people at an excellent location. Nice amenities available, such as pool table and wii room.

Very close to Kiyamizudera, and lots of shops close by. Facility was clean and quiet (even though next to road) and staff friendly; ample space in the room.

Good location staff very helpful room was clean and spacious.

I loved the cabin, it was clean and the perfect size.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right across from Arno river and within walking distance to all major sights in Florence. The rooms are very comfortable with many details. The restaurant at the hotel is very good. As many have stated in other reviews, the staff is what makes the hotel a standout. Leonardo, Francesco, Adele, Dario, and David were those that assisted us during our stay and they couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. I was traveling with my mom and after Florence we were headed to Rome. As we were leaving, Francesco who’s from Rome gave us a card with some of his dining suggestions. He did this on his own without our asking. It’s those details and personal touch that make the difference.

The hotel has a good location, on the main shopping street, quite close to the center. It had nice modern rooms and the hotel staff is very friendly. The cleaning crew is great, the room and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. They also have a terrace next to the dinning area so you can eat outside on a sunny day. I would fix the logo of the hotel at the elevator in the lobby though.

The rooftop terrace was great! And a good location, at the edge of Getsemani, so a quick walk to there, but also close to the historic centre.

My partner also received his best massage from a gentleman sadly I can not remember the name of. They offered full moon yoga which was great.

We have lived in similar rating accommodation but Ashfield Manor was above average in all aspects except maybe parking was a bit difficult. But parking was available in nearby streets.

Room should be a little bit larger. Brd sheet and pillow cover should be neat and clean. Staff should not be rude with the customers.

Great place to stay, located close to the heart of Hongdae, 3 minutes walk distance from the subway. Staff is friendly and helpful, the area is full of bars, cafe, restaurant. Couldn’t ask for more.
