The first night I could not sleep at all, as a light sleeper, the cars on the busy treet were too loud for me. When asked to change rooms, the staff promptly gave me a room on the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Great job!

The staff was very friendly and accommodated us in every way.

The breakfast was very good and the personal are really lovely.

Hotel is located right on the beach with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. It also had free parking.

The owners are very friendly and available. Nice breakfast. They have nice conditions for BBQ, a nice swimming pool and great sea views. We have enjoyed a lot our days there.

The position and the view are perfect! Excellent breakfast and exceptional attendance

There are only two things I can say this hotel still have as "good": – Location – Parking

The location right on the beach was great. Staff was friendly, breakfast included fresh fruit, eggs, cereal, breads and cold cuts, rooms were cleaned daily, and we enjoyed the common room and surfing classes right next to the hotel. Access to public transportation to explore the island was convenient, as were the nearby restaurants.

Right on Joaquina Beach. Great breakfast with many options. Friendly staff speak good English in the day. At night, not so good but they try. Free parking.

Needed to change dates and cancel 3 nights. Without a question amended reservation and did not charge any penalty. Staff spoke English and those who did not assisted to their best. Location is good for the lake side but not as close to the beach Mole. We did not mind take taxi (10min drive) so were very happy with everything.

Great location on the beach front! Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. The BEST shower I have ever had! We were staying with our 3 year old daughter and staff made our stay very comfortable. Thank you, we will be back!

I don’t recomend this hotel to another guest, specially foreigner. Very bad located in the island, terrible maintenance and weak transportation or access to other beaches.

It was a great location, close to the main Street, but tucked back enough to be quieter. The staff was so helpful! Alise was just the best. She was so accommodating and even helped us find a new hotel when we tried to come back for a second night and all the rooms here were booked. It was a lovely stay.

Hotel muito bom. Café bom, quarto grande e amplo. Paisagem muito legal. Gramados bonitos. funcionários atenciosos.

Surpreendente o espaço total da propriedade. Quem vê a fachada (de uma antiga casa) não imagina o tamanho do hotel. Lindo! Muita área verde.

O jardim e o espaço físico do hotel é muito bom. Nos deram um quarto com uma cama king size que era maravilhosa!

A localização do hotel para a nossa finalidade, participar de um congresso no FHOP- Florianópolis House of Prayer, foi ótima, além de ser um local sossegado e agradável. Porém longe das praias de Florianópolis. Custo benefício bom.

Lugar tranquilo, muito bonito, limpo, café da manhã muito gostoso, pessoal atencioso. Foi uma estadia ótima.

Ótimo custo benefício. Além de o, atendente Cristian que nos atendeu bem, e deu várias dicas de alimentação para a noite.

Limpeza, silêncio a proximidade com a UFSC (é possível ir à pé). Tudo bom e novo. Impecável.

O café da manhã é bom, as dependências externas são muito agradáveis.
