Needed to change dates and cancel 3 nights. Without a question amended reservation and did not charge any penalty. Staff spoke English and those who did not assisted to their best. Location is good for the lake side but not as close to the beach Mole. We did not mind take taxi (10min drive) so were very happy with everything.
The staff is fantastic! The room is quiete and clean! The Breakfast is good and satisfactory!

Localização muito boa na região da Lagoa da Conceição, com opções de mercado, farmácias, bancos e restaurantes nas proximidades. Hotel limpo e organizado. Quarto confortável. Chuveiro muito bom. Rapaz que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso e simpático. Café da manhã estava muito gostoso.
