It was a beautiful apartment and Ivana, our landlord was wonderful! Ivana met us at the gate in Dubrovnik and took us to our apartment. She mentioned local spots to check out and helped us at the grocery store. She even came to find us on the first day when we were lost and showed us how to get back to the apartment. I highly recommend Ivana and her apartments!

Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful garden – the grapes taste best ever!

The room was amazing as was the hostess. It had a veranda, and across from the veranda was a music school so every morning we heard lovely music. The location could not have been better, very quiet at night.

Excellent location, fabulous terrace area with beautiful view, spacious, clean and very well kept. Met by our hosts at Pile gate where bus stops, which was really useful as it is quite difficult to find when you first arrive.

Ivana was so welcoming and easy to meet up with at the property, she helped with our luggage once we got there after having to drag it up sooooo many stairs. She accepted payment in cash and we didn’t have it on hand but she was so nice and understanding by letting us pay her the next day. The apartment was so clean and new. Smaller side but bigger than many hotel rooms we stayed and it is expected for any European travel. The location was amazing and right in Old Town and close to everything. Loved this property, super cute little outdoor seating, I would definitely stay there again.

She made me check in as early as 10 am. I did not have the money initially so she made me just leave the money in the apartment. When I checked out she just told me to leave the key on the door. One of the most convenient hosts ever, highly recommended.

We liked everything. Great location, easy walk to everything.

We loved everything about our stay at Pekak Mangku. The staff were brilliant always there to help, the place was spotless and the breakfasts were amazing!!!

The apartment met all our needs and was close to regular public transport, supermarket, pharmacy and places to eat. The owner was lovely, very helpful and there were lots of clean towels and extras like handwash etc provided. Great shower. We booked our transfers through the owner and it was very easy going door to door from the airport with our luggage. Dubrovnik itself is absolutely beautiful and this apartment really was excellent value for money and I’m sure was more comfortable than the extortionate hotels in the area.

Quiet, well appointed, little extras available and super-helpful owners. We left some belongings in the apartment and they posted them to us in Brussels.

Very quite neighborhood, 5 mins walking distance to public beach , very family friendly , we really enjoy stay here.

The facilities are great, nice location. There is a nuce restourant at the same address, tasty food, good music. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped and there is also a wash machine you can use. It is very well located, close to great restaurants and bars in Lapad bay. There is a supermarket and shopping area in less then three minutes walking distance. It is very easy to reach the old town by bus (

3km away), as there are many lines available. The owner was very polite and helpful. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Dubrovnik!

Close to beach, promenade, and many restaurants nearby. Emma was super sweet and helpful. She explained everything about the apartment and restaurants close by. She told us about the restaurant in front of the apartment, Restaurant Madonna to give us a 10% because we were guests of the apartment. If you get the chance to dine at Restaurant Madonna, the food is EXCELLENT and prices are very affordable and portions are generous. It is family owned and staff have superb customer service! Will recommend to other guests and if we return, we will be sure to stay here again!

Door keypad so entry possible at any time. Maria was VERY helpful. She went out of her way to help with parking and petrol stations etc

The directions to the accommodation were clear and worked very well to guide us within Venetian like laneways. We were in a historic precinct but with modern comforts. We couldn’t ask for more.

This apartment was set in the Old town of Dubrovnik, so extremely central to everything within the Old Walls which was perfect for our short 2 day stay. The apartment was easy to find, just took the airport shuttle to Pile gate and walked straight down the centre & followed directions to the apartment. It can be a little tricky at start navigating the old streets but once you find your bearings it’s actually very easy. The apartment itself was impeccable and extremely comfortable. All mod cons in very good working order, air conditioning was great as was the nice bottle of wine waiting as a welcome gift. Shower was amazing and the little accessories offered were a great touch. Definitely worth 4 stars and would not hesitate to stay again if returning to Dubrovnik.

The superb location and the quality and cleanliness of the apartment. Also the freedom to come and go as we chose. Centrally located but with total peace and quiet. Perfect.

There was some issue with my room at the beginning, but I finally got a nice room in the best hotel in town. The breakfast, the room, the service, the location is outstanding.

Concierge recommendations regarding restaurants to eat at and day trips to take were excellent – ask for driver Dominique if you do a day trip his friendliness and knowledge of the city and country are beyond what we expected. Breakfast every morning was fantastic and the young lady who worked the lounge had amazing customer communication skills.

The location is the best thing about this place. It is right next to the Old Town and also the bus stop, restaurants,a beauty salon and more. Super handy to be so close by to everything. Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to accommodate any request.

In terms of location there is nothing better that primarily justifys the high cost. We were only there for the week and didn’t want to waste too much time travelling in from outside. We had a fabulous time if you can afford it go for it

very friendly, helpful and clean. but mattress and sheets need renewing. two single sheets on a double bed causes problems for sleeping. and mattress sags in middle causing my back to ache. but lovely overall

Breakfast had good choice and freshly prepared. Situation could not be beaten. Staff helpful.

Room wasn’t the most modern I’ve stayed in, it was old, but very quaint and lots of character. Toilet needs updating but shower had great water pressure. Our hostess was most welcoming. Great breakfast to set you up for the day

Villa Flora is in the center of everywhere you want to be in Dubrovnik. The room was spotlessly clean.

The owners were contactable and did their best to allow us to check in early. They were extremely polite and friendly at breakfast, which is served in their other property a 1 minute walk away.

Fantastic central location, the breakfast includes a choice of cereal, tea and coffee and items off an a la carte menu. The staff were all friendly and allowed us to checkout late at no extra charge, they were also happy to arrange options for a vegan breakfast.

It’s the best. Best location, best staff, and best host. I really thanked to the host, he is a very nice guy, he helped us to find our luggage. Thanks again.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just a delight.

The staff went above and beyond to help us since there was visa problems for our next stay. Of all the 10 places we stay during this journey, this hotel is the best.

The staff in the wine bar were super helpful in suggesting both which local wines to try but also which restaurants to visit inside and outside the town

Great luxury, high end hotel In the heart of the old town. Breakfast was great and included in the rate. Staff were very friendly and helpful, meeting us outside the city walls and escorting us to the hotel. Our junior suite had a balcony overlooking the market in the square below. The location is stunning and a must for any fan of Game of Thrones!

The staff were really helpful with any questions we had. As it was my husband’s birthday we also received complimentary wine and a plate of tapas at their fantastic restaurant which was just a lovely touch on our first night.

very comfortable, boutique kind of hotel with really helpful staff and high standard restaurants (try truffle scrambed eggs on breakfast!)… amenities are very nice and rooms also…

The staff were helpful and the hotel was very close to the underground station. It is well placed for the conference centre and close to the large shopping mall. The bathroom was large and the room well appointed. Breakfast had a fairly good range of food and a chef to make fresh omelettes.

Charming room in old city, very good shared kitchen, accommodating hosts, good internet.

Location – inside old town, 3 minutes’ walk to Pile Gate. Excellent location for exploring old town. Very convenient for guest with suitcase as there is no steps at all from Pile Gate to the property. However, be prepared to climb 18 or 36 steps inside the property depending on which floor your room is located. Thanks to the son of the host who helped us move 2 suitcases to our room on 3rd floor upon arrival. Basically you can find everything needed for your stay there. WIFI worked well too.

Location. Room was serviced each day and towels were changed

Good location, very easy to find near pile gate. Convenient if travelling by bus from airport as the walk from bus stop to apartment only takes 2 mins. It is in the old town which is overcrowded at times but this is a secluded and quiet spot away from the crowds. Hosts were very nice.

The view from the apartment is just breathtaking. Also the old town is within an easy walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. Also, since the owner lives in the same building, communication is very simple and easy.

Spaciousness, very clean and the laundry capability was great.

The amazing panoramic view from the deck. There was also a roof top deck for guests to chill while gazing at a spectacular view. Great bathroom, bedrooms, in fact everything. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we only had one night there. I would definitely recommend this place for people to stay.

Great facilities fully equipped kitchen great view. Definitely worth the money.

Nice host. Also nice view from the terrace (which was for all the apartments, the studio apartment didn’t had a private balcony or view).

Host was extremely welcoming. We arranged a meeting point close to where the airport shuttle stopped in Venice. From here our host walked with us to the property. On arrival we were shown around and also given recommmedations for bars, restaurants, ice cream, cafes and supermarkets. We were able to store our luggage at the property after we checked out which enabled us to explore Venice some more before our Italy travels continued later that day. A lovely apartment with all mod cons in the heart of Venice. Would stay here again and highly recommend to others who are visiting Venice.

Very comfortable and clean, helpful owner gave us lots of local information about busses and supermarket. We had to check out early for our flight, out car was kept in a locked garage and they were up early to open up for us.

Rosita’s apartment is really lovely; comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We loved the balcony where we could sit and relax after a day’s sightseeing. Comfy beds and all nicely decorated-we were very happy! It’s a mile walk to the old city or a reasonably-priced bus ride. There are two excellent bakeries nearby and a pizzaria run by very friendly people.

The owners were very welcoming and there is obvious pride in their business. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. They were also very helpful when there was a problem with the internet, and arranged for immediate technical assistance. It was about a 2 km walk to the old town but a bus stop was close by. I liked spending time in the port area, just down the hill, as well which was a nice break from the tourist intensity of the old town. Bakeries, grocery store and laundry were close.

Everything was great, shops and restaurants were close to the apartment.

We liked the apartment, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was in perfect conditions. We had a great time there.

The owners were very friendly. Because of the long line crossing the border from Montenegro, we checked in late at night. However the owner waited for us till our arrival. The rooms were very roomy and clean (a suite) with all the necessary appliances.

The apartment is run by a lovely family. Looks exactly like the photos. 20 minute walk into old town or 2 minute uber ride. If you only speak English, direct your questions to the ladies of the house.

The apt is located in a nice area, close to the ferry station and the bus station. But it´s uphill so it is hard to get there when you have big luggage. The owners do not speak that much english but we managed to understand each other. The apartment is beautiful and modern. It is not a big apartment, but it is comfortable. It has AC. The view is amazing! It is a little far from the city center, maybe a 30 minute walk. The place was quiet.

We spent one night in this apartment. It was very clean and spacious, even stylish. I can recommend this place. Also the service we received was very friendly. This apartment is on a walking distance from the bus station. The old town is a bit further away but we walked also there.

Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. It was very clean and of a high quality. Keys were waiting for us on arrival as it was after 4pm so there was no reception staff available. Close to a shop for basic provisions. You could easily walk to the main tourist attractions.

The hostel is new and close to the bus and ferry station. In my case was good, but if you will spend more time in the old town, it’s better to choose one hostel near to there.

The 4-man room was spacious, strange because they couldn’t find space for a kitchen and the bath/toilets seemed cramped. The staff were courteous and helpful and kindly let me and others wait in the tiny lobby for our night ferry. Good location a half-hour walk from Old Town (or take the bus for about a Euro). Nice little restaurants and bakeries around with ferry port right across the street but still a nice neighborhood.

The hostel is close to the bus station and has supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds very comfortable and had their own lights and power sockets. Big lockers also present. There was an electric kettle and cups for making tea in the common area.

The hostel is less than 15 minutes walk from the bus station, and just a short bus ride (buses come every 15 minutes) or a 30 minutes walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. All the restaurants/cafes in the area are relatively cheap (compare to Old Town). The dormitory/toilets are clean, and the bed is very comfy. Would stay here again if I return to Dubrovnik!

Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful Very clean and cozy hostel, just feel like home. Near to the main bus station, supermarket, very easy to find.

Think hotel hostel with this place, very nice hostel, comfortable beds and bedding. Property and rooms clean, plenty of locker room, power-points, hot water and wifi. Location is 800m from the bus station, maybe 20-30 mins walk to the old city which is easy, or you can catch a bus out the front. Staff very helpful and informative. A great place to stay for a few nights in Dubrovnik, would stay again.

I loved this little hostel! Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of storage space for your stuff, with locks included. Hot water for tea/coffee. Fast wifi. Hot showers (towels also included). Each bed has outlets and reading lights. Overall, a great value, especially for Dubrovnik. I initially only planned for 1 night but extended it to 3!

I liked the location. It was close to the metro station. The hotel smelled so good too.
