Great Location, nice view from the balcony towards the bay/bridge of Dubrovnik. The appartment was modern and well equiped and our hostess Marijana was very helpfull. A few items were missing and she arranged for them very quickly. On the positive side are also the 3 nice pools and decent quality tenniscourts.

Location was good. Bus service close for easy access to other parts of Dubrovnik. Maid service was excellent with plenty of towels given for apartments and beach. Some nice restaurants within resort at reasonable price. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Beach and pool were within easy walking distance.

We got married in Dubrovnik and decided to do our honeymoon as a tour up the coast of Croatia, Dubrovnik was our first stop…so we booked this hotel as we liked that it had the pool and was just on the outskirts of town. We were very pleased we did. The pool was really relaxing and had a swim up bar too, which I didn’t realise when I booked it. The facilities in the hotel were great, breakfast had an excellent selection and catered for different dietary requirements. The walk into town was about 15 mins, but a pleasant stroll with lots to see and not too hilly…

We enjoyed our Adriatic Resort experience, which is located not far from the Old Town, nestled between two beaches and the tree-filled park. The staff was very courteous and service with a smile. Our room was clean and spacious. The sunsets were tremendous from all parts, on the beach, in one of the infinity pools, or our apartment s patio. The food was amazing!! We didn’t have any issues with getting a reservation at any of the restaurants. The spa is also a must! A few more things to note, we booked transportation through the reception to and from the airport, definitely worth it!

We booked a modern and luxurious sea view apartment located in the middle of a nice resort with free access to pools and sandy beaches….several restaurants serving buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at convenient prices with 50% discount for children…safe enclosed resort ideal for families…we had a few grocery shops just a few steps away…the resort offered a lot of water activities at the Copa Cabana beach such as a water slide, jet ski, diving, windsurf, beach volleyball…friendly staff as well

Marianne was excellent at providing us with information about how to get around, find the supermarket and use the buses etc. She also arranged our airport transfers and could not have been more helpful. Brilliant location for beaches and water sports and very easy to get into Lapad and the city from here.

The owners should be paying Marijana, the receptionist, a big bonus for the work she puts into to looking after the guests. The location is excellent: the apartment is one of just a few in the middle of a hotel development with access to several pools and three beaches. It’s just a short bus or taxi ride into the old town which is rightly a world heritage site. We are contemplating a return visit. Both bedrooms have doors onto the terrace with a view over the Adriatic and the coast. En suite bathroom for each bedroom and reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Cleaner comes in daily, does a pretty good job, and is prepared to work around the tendency for teenagers to sleep through most of the morning.

Very nice welcome from the reception officer, amazing location and beautiful sea. I was not expecting a resort though (my mistake).

Nice studio with all equipments. Excellent service – very nice and clean room – and very nice and helpfull staff.

The ambience of the property and the Chinese restaurant. Location is ideal for those who want to spend time walking to ancient city walls and Beilin Museum.

Staff and owners helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful a la carte selection that suited all in our party (4 adults/2 children) nibbles and home-made liquers provided a welcome each day The accommodation is spotlessly clean Extra pillow available on request

The location is very central. Breakfast was pretty good especially the home made jams and the local honey. All the rooms are tastefully and individually decorated.

Great location very close to center of old town. Friendly service, nice breakfast.

Location excellent- 5 min walk from bus /taxi drop off. In the centre of town, close to old harbour – just off main street of Dubrovnik.

I stayed in two other properties in the old town of Dubrovnik. All three were comfortable. This was no more comfortable than the others but twice the price. They did include breakfast here but the others had refrigerators with free treats.

Great location inside the old city walls. Makes it easy to stop off to change clothes, use the facilities, or just kick back for a bit before jumping back into the fun.

– locate right in the middle of old town, easy to access everything by walking, easy to find the property with 5 min walk from Pile Gate – the staff was so supportive and eager to help – lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby

Our room was really comfortable and was a beautiful home to us for our stay. The staff were really friendly, helpful and supportive. We had a room overlooking the swimming pool and also had lovely views of the landscape and the sea.

Good location with friendly staff. The swimming pool was a welcome addition. The restaurant served a very good selection of tasty food at a reasonable price.

The swimming pool area and outside restaurant were obviously new and very nicely designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and nice but could probably do with updating in the near future as starting to look tired, especially the bathroom.

Staff is great, friendly and helpful. The facilities are awesome nice pool inside the premises with sun chairs. Good breakfast. Good location (bit far from old town, not a bad thing but worth mentioning it)

The swimming pool was lovely with towels being refreshed regularly. Reception were helpful when necessary. Excellent location. Lovely restaurant for lunch and dinner.

I loved this hotel from the moment I arrived to the day I left. It is a great location close to beaches and a bus to old town. There is also a wonderful pool to relax by. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. I really was impressed with the whole hotel. The room I had was clean and had a balcony with views of the mountains. I will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to people. Breakfast was good as was the dinner menu.

If you want restful this is the place . the owner is wonderful and helpful a pleasant family run guesthouse. I would certainly stay again if I returned to Dubrovnik. Public transport is regular and if you are tired a pleasant local bar is welcoming.

It had a washing machine which was helpful but the water had to run away into the shower as it was not plumbed to drain away outside and so the bathroom smelt damp and not nice.

Review on their website. Greeted at the end of the path on arrival and luggage taken up to room. Room had personal touches above what was described so "over delivered". Pretty embroidered bedding changed after a week for more pretty bedding. Plenty of fluffy towels also embroidered with motifs, pastel colours rather than standard "hotel" white towels. Garden with a swing seat and table and chairs was nice for breakfast when not on early starts sightseeing and evenings. Close to main bus routes. Kettle, tea and coffee facilities and crockery/cutlery also provided. Big bar of Palmolive soap, and shower gel and soft loo paper, including a pink one!

Very spacious. Excellent value for money. Beds very comfortable. Mini market was located just outside the complex.

Nice garden, pleasant hosts,great apartments with full kitchen and washing machines and lots of free spaces to enjoy.

Nearby to bus stop when we needed a number 8 to get to Pile Gate ,Dubrovnik though also only 15 minutes walk get there. ,On arrival we caught a number 8 bus to the apartment from Gruz bus station and the man kindly met us and carried our bags up the steps..So was convenenient for us as we dont mind a bit of a walk.Cold water provided nearby and air con good

Room is a bit dated but lovely and everything works, spacious bathroom as well and there was some kitchen facilities too. Air con is very good. Balcony is lovely too, complete with clothes drier!

Best hotel on our stay in Vietnam. Service good, room was great even though we had no window. Rooftop pool area was beautiful, great for chilling, good music too. Spa great, had a few massages there, would recommend! Afternoon tea/coffee and light snacks was great too! Breakfast good! Location just a 500 metre walk to Vincom centre on the same street and from there you can walk anywhere.

It’s good. there is also inner swimming pool. it was good for our children.

Our room was beyond expectations. Well thought out design, very comfortable. Stunning sea view. Hotel facilities great. All staff were extremely helpful. Even had champagne at breakfast! Wished we had built in a longer stay here on our itinerary.

The Family Room was Huge and very comfortable. The View is worth paying for! Sunset was extra special!

The surrounding area of the hotel was beautiful and easy access to the sea for swimming. The hotel was also very nice and clean.

Hotel was lovely. Very modern, but comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived and given a complimentary drink. Our room was on reception level, but the view from the room was stunning. Breakfast every day was really good, plenty of choice, and included champagne. Lovely walk along the sea front to bars and restaurant. Stunning sunset as well.

The room was a good size and had a wonderful view (which we specifically paid for). Breakfast was varied and mostly good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the sea was pretty good and the pools were nice. Really easy bus ride to the old town. I think we benefited from going at the end of the season as it was pretty quiet.

(1) Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of selection and an awesome view! (2) Our room was upgraded and got 2 welcome drinks on my bf’s birthday.

This trip was for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and could not have been better. We rented a Junior Suite which had incredible views, a very large and comfortable bed and great balcony. This venues provides the best of both worlds with an opportunity to use the pools and sea at the hotel and only a 15 minute bus ride to the beautiful town, with great bars, restaurants and atmosphere.

Perfect location, clean and nice rooms. Big and tasty breakfast . The owner was very nice and helpful

The view was simply amazing. The room was rather old-fashioned but it was clean and comfy with large bathroom, fridge and electric kettle. The place is pretty hard to find, especially when using sat nav because parking is located on the other side of building. Host was very helpful and kind, she explained to us how to move around the city by public transport.

The owner of the property was brilliant -so helpful! Great location, very easy to get the bus to the old town and excellent view from our room, which was so clean and great value for money

Location, location, location – breathtaking views and most hospitable and helpful host.

I had a really nice bedroom and a large bathroom, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking parts of Dubrovnik and its bay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, I can only recommend this accommodation, I would come back any time. It is recommended to take the bus to get to the apartment because walking up the steps can be very exhausting.

Very clean, the view of the town is beautiful and although the owner wasn’t around, her mother is lovely, and her friends who met us there were very helpful and friendly.

Needed somewhere for just one night before getting early ferry. The room was conveniently situated. Our host arranged a taxi from the airport It’s cheaper to get bus but we had limited time and needed to rest after a long day. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop to ferry (no 3) near room and takes 5 minutes to get to port. Liked having fridge in room and kettle(take your own tea/coffee). Lovely view from balcony.

The location and view from the lounge of the island. Excellent host.

The view from the balcony (simply breath taking), the location (near the old town), the size and commodity of the apartment and the gentleness of the owners. I will send friend and will be back myself as I loved the town. Amazing medieval city.

The apartment was located about a 10 minute walk from the old town. It was up hill but that wasn’t too bad and became easier the more we did it. The view from the terrace was wonderful and some of the sunsets we saw were stunnning. The room had everything it said, air con and wifi. About 100m down the road was a cafe/bar and a supermarket with fresh bread and croissants.Delicious!! We had breakfast each morning looking over the old town and port watching the boats come in and out. Was lovely. Will definitely stay in the same apartment again and would highly recommend.

Natasa was so very helpful when we meet her at the apartment, quite late in the evening. She talked us through local restaurants, best places to visit etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and welcoming. The small details were very useful, kitchen cupboards were stocked well with teas, coffee, cooking oils etc, and also was the bathroom if you had forgotten anything. We used the sofabed, which was nicely situated in the lounge area. The door could be closed at night time and used just like a bedroom. Great view from the window. Highly recommended apartment!! Be aware this listing is for various properties in the immediate area. We stayed at Ul. Matije Gupca 9, to which this review relates. The ‘front of house’ is simply lovely, the bedrooms are huge and comfortable. The small sitting room is a super place to sit quietly at any time of day or night. However, the real winner is the small balcony, where we sat at all hours, and the simply stellar views from there and the other rooms at the front.

The self contained apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday. The view was lovely although it would have been an added bonus to have a clear balcony screen, but that’s just being picky. Very long terrace for sitting outside. The host was very charming and amenable, allowing us to keep our luggage in the apartment until early evening and answering all our questions about the area. Loved the pomegranate tree just outside the apartment. There are some steps to the apartment, hence the grade for family friendly as it would be tiring with a pram and a couple of small children. Having said that apartment was not too high up so there were not as many steps as there could have been. The location is great with lovely view, within easy reach of most places. The hosts had made available excellent directions and instructions to print off to find apartment. Would certainly recommend this property.

Close to the old town. Spectacular views. Spacious apartment. Lovely, welcoming and generous host. Nothing too much trouble – we were able to have a late check out. Netflix an added bonus if you have kids.

Ideally placed for the old town and local shops. Our host was warm and friendly with good English and really tried to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a good experience. The owners live upstairs from the property but we had a completely private terrace in which to eat, relax etc with views over the sea. It represented good value for money allowing us to self cater. Could easily stay longer than the 2 days we were there and would return again.

We had the whole place to ourselves. It is a typical Japanese house, very well located for the main sites of Kyoto.

The apartment has easy access to the highway. It is a longish but direct path down to the old town. Nice deck overlooking old town and sea.. Sunny balcony with table and chaise to nap on.. lovely Met us with a beer and juice which was much appreciated after a long drive there.. Gave us her parking place the entire time we were enjoying her apartment.. beautiful!

Property is allocated in very quiet area. The owner Dani is very helpful and sweet lady.

The location is perfect! Just 5 mins to the old town, although climbing the stairs back up might be quite a struggle..😅 Dani is incredibly friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our too short stay in this place. Oh, the view from the apartment is beautiful too!

Very nice and welcoming host. Very well located 10 minutes walking to old town with a beautiful view from the terrace.Air condition worked as it should.

The host was so friendly and lovely, she even gave us a welcome drink! The apartment was very clean and with a nice balcony with sea view. You also have a lot of guide books available at the property. Just be prepared for a nice work out going up and down the stairs to the old town!

A full breakfast was not expected. Information at the front desk was easy to obtain and correct. Getting to the hotel from the airport was as easy as taking a taxi. The driver was pleasant. Did not think a water taxi would be so easy with large pieces of luggage.

The views from our room and the food. Great pools and easy access to Dubrovnik.

Staff were very polite & helpful. We liked the location as it was nice and usually peaceful. The local bus stop was only a 3 minute walk to and buses ran regularly. The buffet breakfast in the hotel had a lot of choice and was scrumptious. We went to Zoe’s restaurant and the food there is outstanding especially if you like seafood .

The spa treatments are amazing and the reception staff are so friendly/helpful.

We were upgraded free of charge to the new Royal Blue 5 star hotel on the complex!! It was incredible! Bed was extremely comfortable snd the view was out of this world! We are definitely going back!!

The service and staff were very friendly. Everyone working in or around the Hotel also spoke good English so i didn’t have to worry about a language barrier. The hotel was within walking distance of a number of Restaurants, cafe’s, bars and a very nice Sand beach(Sand beaches in Croatia are rare so this is a definite plus.)

The location was beautiful, right on the ocean, a short walk to the bus stop into Old Town. You could also do a nice 20 minute walk on the path by the ocean to restaurants, although you may want to take a bus ( you can buy tickets at reception) or taxi back in the evening as it’s not well lit. Helpful, friendly staff. I loved the loungers overlooking the sea. Many pools to choose from. Quiet and relaxing. The breakfast had a good assortment of bacon and eggs, pastries, muffins, cereal and fruit. The hotel is spotless and modern.

I felt we received what we paid for ….. nothing extra really although breakfast was good but then the hotel is quite expensive so was expected.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location near the sea was great (breathtaking view from the breakfast terrace!) Room was spacious and beds were extremely confortable!

The welcome from the staff was great, our rooms were lovely and the location of the hotel is fabulous. We had lunch on 3 out of the 4 days in the hotel trying 3 of the different restaurants and eating areas, all great. We usually had cocktails in the afternoon from the cocktail bar and drank them on our loungers by the pool/water front, just perfect.

Room is clean. Location is good, seem to be in safe area. Staffs were really nice even if her english is hard to understand. I had a really good time during staying here. And ofcourse, Value for money.

Loved the location, right in the middle of the city however still quiet. Loved the uniquness of the building, old 16th century. The owner of the guesthouse was very very attentive. I couldn’t fault her.

The best thing about this Guest room is the proximity to old town.

Very cozy apartment. The hosts are very nice people and helpful. We spent lot of time with them understanding about the Croatian culture. Few steps away from the Main Street Stradun where you can spend as much amount of time as you want. Perfect experience to stay in such a lovely 16th Century old town apartment. Wish to come back soon.

Great location, Lea was super friendly and a refreshing personality after a long journey to Dubrovnik! The room was perfect for one person and was very comfortable. It was a little noisy on the streets but to be expected for a Saturday night! I closed the window and slept great!

The staff, lady running the business was very helpful and nice. This place is very small. We were (my daughter and I) the unfortunate to get the 3 unit on the 3rd level. Very narrow and steep staircase. This city overall is not handicapped friendly. Be physically prepared for a huge work out. If you are overweight (Americans) or out of shape, please be aware! Under the circumstances the location was great, clean and the lady was very nice. The price you pay is due to location and season (early September)

The host was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the key parts of the Old Town and giving us some wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The guest house was immaculate at all times. I honestly can’t recommend this property enough. Brilliant!
