great location but up a small hill. Close to old town and harbour. Shop almost on the door stop. Well stocked fridge. Lovely hosts
If you want restful this is the place . the owner is wonderful and helpful a pleasant family run guesthouse. I would certainly stay again if I returned to Dubrovnik. Public transport is regular and if you are tired a pleasant local bar is welcoming.

It had a washing machine which was helpful but the water had to run away into the shower as it was not plumbed to drain away outside and so the bathroom smelt damp and not nice.
Review on their website. Greeted at the end of the path on arrival and luggage taken up to room. Room had personal touches above what was described so "over delivered". Pretty embroidered bedding changed after a week for more pretty bedding. Plenty of fluffy towels also embroidered with motifs, pastel colours rather than standard "hotel" white towels. Garden with a swing seat and table and chairs was nice for breakfast when not on early starts sightseeing and evenings. Close to main bus routes. Kettle, tea and coffee facilities and crockery/cutlery also provided. Big bar of Palmolive soap, and shower gel and soft loo paper, including a pink one!
Very spacious. Excellent value for money. Beds very comfortable. Mini market was located just outside the complex.
Nice garden, pleasant hosts,great apartments with full kitchen and washing machines and lots of free spaces to enjoy.
Nearby to bus stop when we needed a number 8 to get to Pile Gate ,Dubrovnik though also only 15 minutes walk get there. ,On arrival we caught a number 8 bus to the apartment from Gruz bus station and the man kindly met us and carried our bags up the steps..So was convenenient for us as we dont mind a bit of a walk.Cold water provided nearby and air con good
Room is a bit dated but lovely and everything works, spacious bathroom as well and there was some kitchen facilities too. Air con is very good. Balcony is lovely too, complete with clothes drier!
Best hotel on our stay in Vietnam. Service good, room was great even though we had no window. Rooftop pool area was beautiful, great for chilling, good music too. Spa great, had a few massages there, would recommend! Afternoon tea/coffee and light snacks was great too! Breakfast good! Location just a 500 metre walk to Vincom centre on the same street and from there you can walk anywhere.
