We were made to feel very welcome. Amazing view from the apartment and so close to the Old Town.

Zoran picked us up from the airport, helped us carry our luggage and also drove us to catch a boat ride to Korcula. Ideal location, very close to Banje beach and city walls, sea view was very nice too. The owner was very helpful and engaging.

The owners were very gracious--meeting us after our long trip from the us, getting us settled, taking us to our parking spot, and giving us dinner recommendations. The flowers and gardens were lovely!

The property was in an amazing position for the old town of Dubrovnik. Zoran the proprietor was amazing, he met us, gave us the keys, gave great advice for where to eat and what to do and found me a free parking place as well. Absolutely perfect!

The property was just south of the old city gate, less than 10 minutes to walk from the apartment, through main street and out the other side. Banje Beach was directly at the bottom of our staircase and we had a gorgeous view of the water and city from one of the bedrooms and the living area. We spent one day touring the city, including the walls and fort. The views were incredible, even though the customer service in the area was lacking. The host was kind enough to help us get a parking place close by and to help my friend with her very large piece of luggage, since there are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment.

Spotless, luxury apartment in Lapad. The apartment has everything you could possibly want: excellent bed, towels, fully equipped kitchen, airconditioning, soundproof, spacious, huge private balcony. The best is in the little details: kitchen towel, grater, coffee machine, coffee filter, ironing board, salt, pepper, those little things were all there. Also, very informative and generous host. Nice promende which goes all the way to the sea right behind the apartment.

The apartment is brand new, well appointed and equipped. It is in prime location and the host Mirela is very accommodating and hospitable.

There were a lot of little extra touches not included in rental apartments. This included extra cleaning, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, toilet rolls and welcome gift of wine and chocolates. The hosts even let us use their own apartment on the last day as we had a late flight.

The location was great, the apartment was very clean and had a nice relaxing feel about it that made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. There is an excellent shower and a well equipped kitchen. There are also shutters on all the windows which was an added bonus. Just around the corner is a bus stop which will take you direct to the old city or if you prefer to walk it takes approx 40 minutes. The hosts kindly left us a bottle of wine and a few chocolates which was a really nice touch. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Unterkunft mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe (daher leider etwas laut).

La posizione dell’alloggio era comoda sia per la fermata del bus per andare nel centro storico sia per i negozi sia per la spiaggia.

Svidjelo nam se sve, lokacija je odlicna, lijep balkon, apartman je nov, cist sa svim potrebnim sadrzajem. Domacini su jako ljubazni !

Everyone in reception here can speak English well, they are very warm and helpful. The location is good.

Loved staying in old town Dubrovnik, perfect location and beautiful apartment. A ton of attention to detail, loads of room, amazing bathroom, we both felt very comfortable here. Collecting the keys was easy, the introduction to the city was great too, we were given a map and recommendations for the city which was very helpful. We will be telling friends and family about apartments festa and will certainly stay when we visit Dubrovnik in the future. Extremely spoilt here.

The welcome was lovely and the apartment was tastefully decorated, situated in a quiet part of the old town. The bed was a good size and comfortable and there was a small kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was in a great location just off the main street. Perfect!

Excellent bathroom amenities, modern, super clean complete with washing machine & detergent. Great host with helpful maps and information.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the old town. Central enough to be in easy reach of anything you could need but tucked away enough to be quiet. Very clean and modern space which has been sympathetically restored. Massive shower. Huge comfortable beds. You could drink the water which was a pleasant surprise. Host left us wine and a birthday card for my dad and also lovely apple strudel. If we went back to Dubrovnik we woukd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment- we were greeted at the agreed time. We were provided a welcome drink and fresh apple pies in the morning. Plenty of room and towels.

Location inside the walls is fantastic ! Came home one day to find freshly baked apple pie left on the table, and on departure a lovely farewell/thank you gift from the hostess. Whilst the property is a little tricky to locate after dark once you are in the general facility the neighbouring restaurants were only too happy to assist. Our apartment whilst on the second floor was a little challenging to get our luggage up there, on departure our hostess organised a porter with a trolley (which she also paid for I believe) to make it easier to take our somewhat heavy luggage out the gate to the taxi stand.

Perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik Old Town Square. Just a few minutes walk without steps from Pile Gate. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops.

The host was very friendly and gave us tips on places to go in the city. She also left us freshly baked apple pie on the second day. Apartment is in a great location, clean and in good condition.

The location was great , our host was awesome and so accommodating .

This property is far off from the actual location mentioned.. and atlease 200 steps to climb..

The property is well located, had everything you need and is well presented. For that price it’s fantastic. We feel in love with it little apartment, despite 1 or 2 very minor details. We made use of the spare bed (which is a little chair next to the kitchen units) and set that up like a sofa in the little unused area next to the aircon unit and had it as a little reading area which was perfect for a quiet nigh t in with a book and a bottle of wine on the couple of days when the weather was poor.

You are literally staying one street away from the outer walls of Dubrovnik. It’s very cool. There is a great bar down the street with a sign for Cold Drinks to watch the sunset from. It takes you through a portal to the other side of the walls. The room itself was clean and had a bunch of amenities. The shower was hot.

The location is great as it is in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. The room is modern and cute.

Room was clean and beautiful. Location is excellent.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and airy. The aircon worked great and wasn’t too noisy. Apartment 1 is nice and quite as the street where the window looks out at is quite. The fridge was useful for cooling water.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. It’s a new hotel, very nicely furbished, big rooms.

Hotel was new, modern, clean and clearly an excellent 5 * hotel. Rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished with care with opulent design. I had a balcony overlooking the sea and pool, truly a million dollar view. Sea view is worth it. Staff were super friendly and always on hand to help.

The views were spectacular and the access to the old city was easy. We liked being outside of Dubrovnik.

Very clean hotel – large room overlooking the sea with large balcony. Extensive choice of breakfasts, and breakfast staff always friendly and helpful. Secure garage with ample parking beneath. Contemporary decor throughout.

Beautiful location, easy 10 minute bus ride to the Old town.

Staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. The views from the roof top are amazing. A jewel of a hotel. The owners outdid themselves when they built the royal blue. Room was spacious and the bed was ultra comfortable. I will be back for a longer stay next year.

Location is nice, 5 minutes to the beach, beautiful area. Alek, the host, is very hospitable and nice, ready to help. The rooms are quite small, it you have there all the necessary things. No kitchen, but they have toaster, kettler, utensils, plates, cups etc. You also have a small terrace where one can enjoy morning tea and breakfast👍🏻

Alex our host was perfect! Friendly and helpful without being over-bearing. The apartment was lovely with great air conditioning and balcony area! Location was ideal. This is the best place I have stayed in since using booking.com. It is wonderful and we genuinely hope to return!

Aleks and his wife could not have been more lovely or accommodating. We had a lovely welcome drink with the host and our room was absolutely spotless. In a great location near the majority of the beaches in Dubrovnick but still only 10 mins in an Uber from the old town. There is a pedestrianised area near with lots of shops, restaurants and a beach too.

Alek was a wonderful host and brought us drinks on arrival and looked after us throughout our stay. He even helped us to the bus station with our heavy luggage on departure! Nice location with a nice view of the port. Easy access by bus to the Old Town and a supermarket nearby with everything you need.

Finding the place is Impossible. You need to call the owner to pick you up. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. The place is far from old city but the bus is easy. And the area is beautiful.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location! Would 100% reccommend this to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, close 5-10 minute walk to the Old Town and stunning views across the city. Iva our host was brilliant and could not be any more helpful! Cannot wait to return to this amazing city and I would definitely stay at this apartment again when I return.

The flat is very comfortable and have a large sitting room. The view is good

Fantastic attention to detail. The hosts Iva & Niko were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There’s a convenient small supermarket just up the road, and it takes approx 10 minutes to get into the Old Town & bars & restaurants etc. Don’t view the stairs as a negative – they’re a great ‘work-out’ 😉

Fantastic host Iva, very accommodating, on hand but not intrusive at all, bought us some beautiful homemade cakes, which was a lovely touch and allowed us to stay in the accommodation for the afternoon as she had a cancelled booking, which was a godsend with our late flight and pouring rain. Location is fantastic,, the view breathtaking and only a short stroll into the Old Town, but further enough away to get away from the Cruise crowds. Apartment beautifully done and spotlessly clean and enough towels, including beach towels for use. Loved it!

It was pretty spacious, a lot of room for everybody; it has a kitchen so you can save some money eating there. Besides that it was super well located. The wifi was quick!

Excellent breakfast! Extra bed big room! Nice restaurant walking distance, nothing to complain.

The location of the appartment is excellent, as are the in house facilities and check in process

This is a very nice Hotel. The decor was simple, but cool and liked it a lot. All facilities were good. Comfy bed, nice shower, bathroom, TV, complimentary Tea and Coffee etc. Location was also extremely convenient and well situated to bars, restaurants and sites.

As always, service is generally guest-focused and the location is exceptional. The hotel staff was good about accommodating my request for a slightly early check-in.

Great breakfast delivered to door at pre arranged time. Responded immediately to any requests. On main tram line. Easy walking to main sights.

Quiet location close to some excellent food choices and Biergarten. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is not my first stay at Grand Inn. I’ve stayed here a number of times. When I visit Bangkok I look to see the price at Grand Inn. If it’s around 1,000 baht per nigh, I stay. The rooms are clean and for that money they offer the best value in Bangkok. At a higher price, even just 300 baht more, there are better options within 200 metres. Staff here are very welcoming. The room bar is quite cheap compared with other hotels. And the free water is actually in the fridge. Sometimes I get upgraded to a larger room on the front of the building. I find if I check in later, I get an upgrade. If I check in between 2pm and 6 pm I get the standard room. I do like the soft red glow at night when all the lights are out. It makes getting to the bathroom easier without having to put on a light. It also gives a nice comfortable ambiance to the room. Like they have gone one step further to make your stay comfortable.

It was big enough for me and my kids and have very good view of the area.

Great view, really friendly owner. Everything was perfect

The view was amazing – the host was very friendly and provided us with free wine. The location was superb and the apartment was high quality, very comfortable and clean.
