the condo looked very nice when you walked in the pull out couch the mattress was horrible. the dinning room chairs wobbled need repair . if you fix the items listed above it would rate higher.

The only thing we and my friend liked about this hotel was, the front desk clerk, and his’s name was Josh. He was soooo nice, and very respectful, and he let me and my friend check in way before 3pm. Thanks Josh for your excellent service!

Delaney, shelia, and Josh were excellent very helpful and a great asset to that property. I would recommend and stay at that property because of them.

Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Booking was easy. We were even allowed to check in early which gave us more time with our family. No complaints at all.

Location was close to everything. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. I would stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

I love the desk clerk,and the pool area was really nice. Actually the young lady that worked the nights we were there, could use a raise. She worked very hard.

Reasonable prices needs more service cleaning rooms

Beds were comfortable, staff was nice, close to most things.

Everything was fine. No Complaints! My family and I booked 4 rooms and no one complained.

The beds were really small – Room very small – The laundry room had the same trash from the day we checked in to the day we checked out – Trash overflowing in every public/common area – Did not appear that trash was ever emptied because it was spilling out of the container on Sunday when we got there and Wednesday when we left – Breakfast room had dirty tables – I have to say that the front desk staff was great. They were about the only positive thing that I could say about the stay….

The front staff Pascalia is very accomodating. Breakfast is okay.

Our second room had a view of the golf course. The hall was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to go in and out of the resort and they hd a shuttle to the beach. The room had a refrigerator and sink and coffee maker. Balcony was not usable.

The view from our hotel was perfect! We loved how accessible the amenities were. The room was set up more like a small apartment rather than a hotel. Perfect space for a honeymoon!

Great stay at the SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort. Upon arrival I asked if we could be upgraded to a Gulf front room and the host was very accommodating and filled my request for just a few more dollars.

Everthing about the property was great. I just felt a littla more signage to guide you around the property were be beneficial

We liked everything except our Bayside room 6377. The resort grounds, beaches, golf courses, pool, dining, and shopping were exceptional. The room was depressing and we tried to stay out of it as much as possible.

The beach was beautiful. The restaurants at the Wharf had excellent entertainment. The property has many options for booking a stay. Luggage carts were available to move your stuff into and out of your room. (since hotel desk was in another building, there were no bellman to help with luggage.)

The pool was right out of the door. The underground parking was very convenient always a space. The beach was 5 min drive so the restaurants shopping cute village with entertainment and shops. Fisherman Wharf.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great,

First of all, this review is specifically for unit 1709. I understand that they vary greatly, depending on individual owner. LOVED the condo and the gulf view. Condo was restful, comfortable, clean. View was gorgeous! It was wonderful to prepare our own food in the well-appointed kitchen, especially since there were no restaurants within walking distance that we would consider.

The location was great! The carts were available No chairs or not enough
