Lovely clean room with a nice view of the neighbourhood. Espresso and croissant were great. Location very good, easy to find your way around the area. I highly recommend staying at Di Martino Residence.

The warm and inviting European-style decor was a refreshing change of pace from the austerity of traditional Japanese accommodations.
The staff are super friendly and always willing to help out in what you need.
It was sold to us as a 4 star – omg are you freaking kidding me! A – 1.5 star at best. It started with the entrance, crack house looking front door, no light in the entrance nor up the stairway, the cement – plaster in the stairway was falling from the ceiling, a one meter chunks we falling from the ceiling it could have seriously hurt somebody or guests risked slipping on the dusty remains and fallen down a flight of marble stairs and again no lights (pitch dark at night) nothing was done to clean the place afterwards either. In our rooms, we were missing light bulbs and fixtures, not particularly clean, bathroom shower heads broken in both rooms, shower door handles as well, never did get the TV going – no signal – although the wifi did connect.. Sorry I do not recommend this place and the renting company – owner should be considering refunds for our stay if not for the room conditions at least for having oversold the rating of this place. It was livable but way over rated.
Four- poster bed was wonderful and nice to have coffe/tea kettle in the room
Fantastic location, you can walk to many interesting places. Metro is at the door.
The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of great restaurants.
