The staff was amazing. Mark who greeted us and checked us in was really super nice and helped us making plans during our stay there and gave us good recommendations. The hostel was in a very good location, next to bars restaurants and supermarkets. The facilities (kitchen and courtyard) were good too. The hostel has a relaxed atmosphere and is a good base to meet other travelers. We were there for three days and knew almost everyone. That made the hostel awesome and we would love to stay there again. Not a party hostel if thats what you’re looking for.

Luxurious, comfortable and lots of extra facilities. It is also quiet at night for sleeping. The staff are also friendly and efficient.

Near Sol. It took 5 min to Sol and many restaurants located there. Air conditioner is good

A quaint, quiet and peaceful little hotel in the busy hub of the city. The lovely green gardens were definitely calming and relaxing and the staff helpful and charming.

The hostel is amazing!!!!!! The staff are friendly, kind, attentive and you have ALL support! The common area is cosy, well equipped and beautiful. The kitchen is organize and sometimes has very good free dinner. The cleaning ladies are also very kind and keep everything really clean! The room is confortable, have excellent lockers, privacy, individual lights and power points in each bed! Very well located!! I stayed in at least 40 different hostels in my life (17 internacionals) and no one was so good!!!!

The location of the hotel is in a quite area, but on a walking distance from Ueno station. Good bed and clean bathroom.

big comfortable bed, tv could only get italian channels despite saying satelite channels available. Wifi was good at property. Breakfast served on a tray was yogurt, jam, butter, choc spread, coissant, boiled egg, cheese, ham, dry toast and tea or coffee, all very adequate, however, every morning missing cups, or teaspoons or knives, or milk, i got a bit frustrated with this after 4 days. Had 2 bed suite, other room had no wardrobes and we shared one bathroom, no seperate sitting areas

Comfy large apartment was in best location ever! We liked it all! Could walk to it all.

The owners, Maya and Damir are very friendly people. The apartment has extra failities, you can stay as long as you wish and manage your life very easy (autobus station, supermarket, everything you need in a kitchen, etc). 100%!

Staffs were very nice. It was raining that day and I was slipped on the way to the hotel and have this little wound on my hand. When I asked for the antiseptic they offer all the things they have. As well as an umbrella when I want to go out. Also, the complimentary drink is great and the location is just 5 to 10 minutes walking from train station and Platinum mall. Seven-eleven is near. The room is quite small but clean and comfortable. I am sure to come back again next time!

The staff was extremely friendly. And the hotel was super clean. 10 out of 10

Modern, adequately furnished, two en-suite bathrooms. Handy for DLR.Outside space.Warm.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Our room was large with a sitting area, desk, kitchen area and large bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The hotel is at the foot of the KL tower and the mini zoo. The free KL bus can be found at the end of the street and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The roof top pool and bar are worth a visit and the Eco restaurant on the ground floor is a great place for a cheap breakfast and lunch.

It had been a wile I didn’t spent nights in such a perfect Hotel : Great staff, super friendly and very devoted, Beautiful facilities, Excellent food at the different restaurants, High quality amenities (swimming-pool with a view, gym,..). Very clean and comfortable rooms, absolutely amazing staff, super friendly and helpful, plus very chilled atmosphere!

The hotel is clean and recently renovated (at least 2nd floor where I stayed)

The hotel is located in a wonderful, charming place, five minutes walking from tuileries.

Terrific location and wonderful staff, everyone we dealt with was genial and accommodating. The rooms are large for Japan and over-looking the Imperial Garden is a joy. The breakfast is worth paying for, an excellent Japanese buffet.

The prompt response of the hotel to queries, to the information we provided and the hotel’s email of the hotel location. Also the receptionist were all kind to help and assist us. Special thanks to the male receptionist who assisted us in our late check-in due to our delayed flight on Oct 26th. And the female reception who assisted us on Oct 27th in our check-out, luggage storage and for relaying the shuttle service message to us.

The view is good which is the church. All facilities were good and complete. Such a very nice place.

The room is clean. I like the floor. The lighting is good. The bathroom is big and clean.

The property is really good! We were upgraded to the diamond club we just add more penny but good. I like the ambience calm and relaxing pool. We enjoy the access to the diamond lounge for breakfast unfortunately we didn’t try the cocktail as we arrived 2mins past 20:00hrs then we couldn’t wait for the 18:30hrs to try the cocktail the next day as we have to leave immediately.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided a crib with freshly cleaned sheets for our 2 year old. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the servers were happy and helpful. Good central location and you can walk to a lot of places, even with a stroller. The street, Via Giulia has a great seafood restaurant, Assunta Madre, that has photos of all the celebrities that have visited. Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori and all the little sides streets are full of food stall and shops. Fernay, Ashi, and Leonardo (I hope I spelled those correctly) gave great customer service!

Great little hotel to explore the southern beaches of the Athens riviera. Close to the shops and restaurants of Glyfada and direct access to the city centre through the new tram. The staff is very nice and the rooms are decent. Good value for money

Great location. Short train ride from Haneda and can take an express train to quickly get near the heart of Tokyo. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient and close to eateries and the subway is just a few steps away. Staff at the reception was helpful when we checked out (though not particularly so the afternoon when we checked in).

Great apartments, room is very comfortable. There is a coffee machine in a room, together with all other necessary stuff.

Great location right next to transportation! Very clean hotel with an unexpectedly large room that shut out the outside noises. Staff was helpful and recommended a Tapas spot and gave good directions. Shower was hot and forceful. I’d use them again!

Was a great experience loved the mezzanine floor. Breakfast was amazing!

The hotel staff was kind, room clean and location fantastic. I would suggest the hotel if you are looking for a nice place in Moscow, at an affordable price. No fancy features, but all you need is available.

Great for a layover – much better than 9 hours at the airport. Just wanted to stretch out, shower etc. Airport transfer on time, even when flight delayed and it being the middle of the night

The apartment is convenient as I thought. Plenty room space and very clean. Location is super central-located, very near to 3 train stations and its very close to Osaka Dome, I stayed here for a concert and I reached there by walking in 5mins. It also not too far to the Shinsaibashi. Around this area, Neighbors are quiet and friendly, it is hard hear noise at night. Fully kitchen equipment and items. Cooking time are very enjoyable. If you think it take to much time to cook, there are plenty grocery and supermarket around there, moreover, items they sale are cheap. I had Grilled Eel over Rice in the restaurant behind the apt, it was delicious, anyone who stayed here are recommend to have a try. All in all, it is a lovely apartment and strong recommend, you won want to miss it.

We enjoyed the pool as it was much needed in the heat. Also the street was awesome as it had a market running down both sides so you didn’t have to go far at all, along with lots of eateries and bars.

It was located very close Khaosan road but far enough for a quiet night’s sleep. Also very affordable. Best if you’re on a budget.

Stayed for 2nights and the room was spacious, clean and comfy. Not far frm shops and McD ofcourse! Definitely recommend people to stay here.

The hostel was very clean and the stuff at the reception helpful. Location is good, relatively close to Sukiennice. The shared bathroom contains three separate shower rooms, good as 3 people can shower at the same time without blocking the room, but you need to undress/dress in the small shower room which is all wet after you take the shower there, so that I find a bit uncomfortable. On the plus side, the shared bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and an iron, which one may find useful. Besides, there is a shared kitchen equipped with basic stuff (cuttlery, glasses, bottle openers etc.) and a shared area for the guests at the reception, with a table, sofa and a TV set.

It was a nice and cozy apartment located at the city center and close to many tourist places in walking distance.

The couple that owns and stays in the hostel have a very human approach, that is a new experience for me. travelling now for 3 months, in this hostel you are in a home. and because the couple who runs this place have such a pleasant energy, i feel like i am chilling at a friends house, i feel very comfortable staying here, so i extended my stay – writing this out of the living room in Passport hostel )
