The room was comfortable and clean. In addition, the location, ideal to rest after a tiring day of work.

Bed quality is quite good as well as the rooms in general. Location itself is good, but you can face with some traffic. View from the room is good.

Great location, close to Cathedral, Lake and restaurants. The rooms are clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We also visited the Halongbay. The trip was really cool. We stayed for 1 night on the boat with 14 people and visited a cave and went kayaking. The food could not have been better. Drinks are not inclusive even tea and coffee and one glass of wine. Never the less a great trip.

The bed was comfortable. The Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and modern. Great water pressure and hot shower. TV was large and worked well. AC kept the room cool and comfortable.

Location is great. The breakfast is also very good

Very nice hotel, situated in Hutong area, but still within walking distance from public transport (metro Beihai North). A bit small rooms, but beautiful and ambient main lobby. Delicious dumplings that you can order any time at reception desk.

My leaving it, before my first overnight, after paying for the 2 days accommodation. Smelled awful, broken bathroom fixtures, dated power outlets and the first room I got, had no power at all due to a glitch in the key system. Staff was apologetic enough, but it was apparent they were already used to the complains. Ahhh… the mattress. I asked for money back, it was denied. Well, the location was close to the Central Market but the view was unfortunately not the greatest. Sad, Downtown Floripa is such lovely, quaint, place.

Location was in the middle of many areas. Right next to City Park. Many included amenities.

The comfort of the room and the proximity to the square.

This hostel was good, It was clean, secure, had enough personal space and lighting as well as an extra bathroom on the floor in addition to the room.

I love this hotel – it is my home away from home. In fact I get the same room every time I stay here. The views of the harbour bridge are incredible and i could gaze away for hours watching all the boats in the harbour. The staff are always amazing with their attention to detail, friendliness and always keen to welcome you. I love the buffet breakfast, it has to be one of the best in Sydney – I wish I could eat the chocolate croissants everyday. I also love how handy it is to the city and of course the beautiful Sydney harbour. I stayed here during Vivid (and in the same room (2917)) and we didn’t need to leave the room to watch the amazing light show. Would never stay anywhere else in Sydney that’s for sure. oh and did I mention that they even have hair ties in the bathroom supplies – very handy for a very forgetful traveller like me.

I like it very much in here. The room so clean, staff really helpful and kind, and i really love the atmosphere here. Definitely will come back again here. Thank you for your good hospitality!!

The property is so amazingly beautiful and well laid out. The check in/out was very accommodating. Our flight home wasn’t until 8:30PM and we were given a hospitality room to shower and change and the ability to stay on the property until our van pick up. We were very pleased with the room and the amenities. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.

Room was small but well kept and comfortable. Internet was very good. Staff was very helpful. Treadmills in the small gym were brand new and very good.

Enjoyed the friendliness that the staff showed us and the location was great for our purpose.

The breakfast is quite generous with many options: fruit, sliced meats, many types of bread, cheeses, cereals, etc.

Dalibor was lovely. He met me to give me the keys, gave me a map and sat down with me to show me where everything was and advise where to catch the bus to the airport.

Fantastic accommodation! I received a warm welcome with green tea, a hot bath was already prepared. There were some fruits in the evening and the breakfast was great! During night it was very quiet. The host is happy to offer Kimono-trying. Communication worked perfectly with everybody, one of the hosts speaks English very well. This hotel is really an amazing place!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, good facilities including pool on the top level. Complementary afternoon tea with piano playing on some days was also a lovely touch. There was a good selection for breakfast which changed each day.

The hotel was very nice and the spa was truly amazing. Staff at the spa and breakfast were very nice and polite. The bed was very comfortable and the room big. Overall, it was extremely clean. Situation was good : we still needed to take the metro to go to the touristic center, but it never took more than 15 minutes. The surroundings of the hotel were very enjoyable with lots of delicious bars and restaurants.

Our stay was verry nice and comfortable. We really felt at home and cheriched by the staff. We were a group of 10 friends staying in difrent rooms at Riad O2. The dinners were appreciated of all of us. So good that they could fix vegetarian food and help us out with gluten free dishes. Super! And so much food! It was a really good thing to have dinner at the riad our first evening. To have breakfast at the roof was so amazing! We used transfer from and to the airport. We liked the driver much and he was helpfull telling us about the city. The staff of the hotel was verry helpfull. The rooms was verry nice in their decoration. The pictures of their website gives a good representation of the interiors and standard. The location of the riad is in the medina close to the souks.

The hotel is located in the very centre. High level service and staffs are very helpful. There are available about 10 elevators which save your time. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I like how the host handle our booking, it was convenient and professional. I did not see them personally nor have a contact person during check-in and check out but it was still easy and convenient…

Food was good, but menu very small- Staff was terrific

-very easy parking. They have bus parking places just in front of the hotel. if come with a small car, it is easy to find free parking along side the road. -clean room with good view of the city. -good Wifi inside the room.

You need to make sure that all AC equipments are served and working correctly

All in the room is clean, new and in style. Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Host is very nice and helpful. Thank you Tea, you’re a great host!

Lovely old fashioned hotel. Very good location for shops in town, old town, Place Garibaldi and the station. Comfortable, clean room and big bed, spacious bathroom, good to have a bath too. Friendly staff, eat as you like breakfast at 8 Euros was a good deal compared to local cafes.

Good location, near the tram station and easy to reach from the train station or city centre. Breakfast was good. Nice people. Very clean.

Beautifully restored, quirky building with stylish furniture. Super handy for the main train station and Chinatown. Very helpful hotel manager who made us feel at home with a welcome drink and some good yarns. The coffee was great and the craft beers a bonus.

Fantastic staff. Really helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Anna on breakfasts was superb, as was the girl on reception when we arrived (didn’t see her name badge) Comfortable double bed, and a really good breakfast on the roof terrace the next day.
