Initially booked for 1 night before Halong Bay cruise… they upgraded me to a room with balcony which impressed me right from the start… allowed me to keep my luggage during my cruise… returned for 1 more night and got upgraded again to their penthouse… I was a little uncomfortable as it was just me travelling and felt a little awkward in such a big room… but very kind of them… helpful staff… their restaurant next door serves great food and a nice buffet breakfast as well.. location is also close to all the main spots and 2 minute walk to the lake.. What I really liked about them was on my last night, I had booked elsewhere which got cancelled for some reason and has problems with my bank card… the staff were so helpful that they allowed me to crash in the lobby in the early hours of the morning and then gave me a room to sleep for 3 hours for free… I am so grateful to them for that…
It was better than the reviews here but maybe we got the good double room with ensuite and it was further away from the music. Bands finish at 12 anyway. Great old restored building with good security access. Nice bathroom and old windows looking out to the street. Breakfast cafes to choose from right outside the door. And 4 hour parking right outside easy parking for inner city Sydney. Great place!
Absolutely everything! We took a couple’s room, it was super clean, big, great shower, it was cleaned every day, not something you usually expect from hostel… At start we planned to stay only for 4 days and then move to another nieigbeshood, but we had so much fun, we decided to stay there as long as we are in Buenos Aires. The staff were all super nice, there are a lot of activities organized by the hostel staff, we enjoyed everything we did.

Fabulous pool, kids and us spent a couple of omgours a day in there. The family suite is a good size and worked really well for us.
The location was perfect and the staff was great and very helpful.
The facilities are great, they even provide clothing detergent. The staff are great, they are very responsive. We accidentally left the key inside the apartment, we called and in the next 30mins they came with the spare key. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to Portabello Market. Very spacious.

The staff is very friendly! There is easy access to the public transportation since there are two bus stops outside of the hotel. The metro station is also close but you need taxi to go there. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. Very quiet hotel. Good area! There are also places to eat opposite of the hotel. Strongly recommend it!!
This is a serviceable option for Seville if you want to avoid in town driving. You can hop on a bus into the center with reasonable service. The hotel does say it is outside the central zone and has free parking.
The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast had a great selection.
The customer services was exceptionally excellent. Marek, Videk and Videk (George) treated us so well. From great recommendations for tours, to luggage check, coffee and relaxing in the lobby while we waited for our taxi, they each were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Great location at the end of Charles bridge on the less tourist side and on a quite street. Absolutely perfect. Love it!
