Loved our stay here. The young woman we met at reception With the red hair was lovely!! and very very helpful. The taxi they arranged from the airport was good value and very easy. The apt was better than we could have wished for, right on old town square. It was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. Wifi was strong . End of stay key drop off was very easy, just pack and go. We loved it!

There was very little noise, the curtains were blackout, offered a free city map at reception. The staff are multilingual and had flags on their badges so you knew what languages they spoke.

The staffs exceptional. Very polite and attentive. Very good breakfast with everything you can think. The concierge has very good suggestions.

Excellent apartment, great location for sightseeing, transport and shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean and with every feature you could possibly need. Excellent communication and availability from Bianca, the owner. We booked our taxi through Bianca. Mr Lucas provided a professional, timely and friendly service in the cleanest taxi we’ve ever experienced and at the standard (government set) rate. A real gem.

Location is great! We could walk anywhere we wanted to get to. (ie: Anne Frank House, Restaurants, Main Squares) We had a wonderful breakfast each morning in the lobby at a window seat and watched the people heading to work on the bicycles. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!

Very clean and comfortable; hot water with good water pressure; very good AC and soft beds and pillows

The staff is very friendly and work very hard for the lodgers. They make their own breakfast for the people there and I am very touched by their efforts. Their Wi-Fi is excellent and the location is very central to the travellers.

It is a top hotel, at least by my standards. I am not sure how rich people would rate it. Restaurant was excellent. Food top notch, wines good. The cars parked in front of the hotel were ridiculous. There were numerous ferarris, a couple of Lamborghinis and several big Rolls-Royces. I didn’t bother noticing the Porches, Mercedes etc. It wasn’t cheap, but a bit of pampering was necessary. We got it.

Superb location, everything is in walkable distance. The owner was flexible and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and there are bus-stops nearby to travel to a few places of interest. It would be better if the signs at the bus stops are made clearer for tourists. There are also eateries near the hotel so we will never go hungry.

Perfect location. Incredible helpful staff helped with parking, etc. Let them know in advance you need a place to park. Wonderful breakfast. Impeccable room. I plan to stay here again.

Pros:-Excellent location very near to Pratunam Market or even BTS.-Stuffs are helpful and good attitude.

Bed had a pretty flower and comfy cushion, really nice shower and toiletries provided everything I needed

Staff member was always polite. I must recognize that.

The pool is unbelievable. Worth the price alone. Both outdoor and indoor pools are simply stunning.

Excellent situation but the rooms even executive are really small. For Ukraine this is surely overpriced.

We were greeted and hosted warmly, and our room was clean and nicely furnished. Whole place is very homy, you can feel the heart poured into this family-run B&B. Breakfasts were great, with all our additional requests fulfilled, and the owners even teated us with fresh fruits straight from their garden. Still, it’s in the heart of Naples, so every destination in the old town is approximately 20 minutes walk or a 5 minutes scooter ride away.

Wonderful experience, very easy checkin & the place itself was very spacious, clean, comfy! A+++++ All the way !!!

Everything was good except there were construction works in next land which was noisy in morning time

Although we booked Look apartments on arrival we were allocated an apartment in Palou Suites, just round the corner. This was a fabulous apartment – the ratings in this review apply to Palou Suites, not Look!

Really good location! The room was nice and clean. And there is an elevator !! Staff is really kind and helpful.

Everything was excellent. I received exceptional service.

The host, Dominico, found us drivng around looking a little lost, and welcomed us to the apartment. He was very hospitable, and had gone shopping to provide us items to cook breakfast- yogurt, fresh fruit, ham and cheese, bread, pastries, eggs, cereal, milk, juice-for the duration of our stay. Really enjoyed the space, with the full kitchen to share, living area to share and our own private bath in the shared 2 bed apartment. The location is conveniently located within the Playacar community, and is very walkable. Itwas nice to be able to park our car and walk or bike around instead. You can get to beaches, town, and the Xaman-ha aviary very easily. Also great neighborhood for running! Access to the roof and pool were very nice as well.

The Hotel is in fact housed in three different buildings within 30 metres of each other. Our room was in The Town House on the ground floor. We had an ensuite bathroom. There is no windows, so no natural light. Our trip was to see a concert and stayed for 4 nights. So this was ideal for us as we were out for most of the time. You would not want to spend a lot of time in the room in the daytime. The only downside is that we were woken a couple of times by people arriving late or leaving early.

It is a good enough hotel if you are looking to stay just one night and the location is fantastic as it’s right next door to Pham Nhu Lao where there is so much you can do there. The bed was extremely comfortable

Apartments are in a great location in the centre of Budapest, everything we needed was within walking distance. The appartments themselves were clean and well furnished. Staff were great at suggesting sights to see and places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows are soft. Breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the muslim quarter and Xi’an city wall! And very friendly and helpful stuff.

I felt we received what we paid for ….. nothing extra really although breakfast was good but then the hotel is quite expensive so was expected.

The hotel was in two locations across the street from each other. Our room was located in the second, more modern building. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean. Bed was comfy and the shower facilities were great, like a spa.

They knew I was lonely af so they put an X rated TV guide under my door.

The hotel was incredible and very cute. English manga selection was good for those that have less experience reading, but for someone who has read more manga you might be stuck re-reading old stuff*. The Japanese selection was mind blowing and even someone who didn’t speak Japanese could enjoy the shelves of beautiful material. The whole facility is very comfortable and quiet with space for privacy as well as public reading areas. I easily spent hours reading and its an awesome way to wind down after a day of exploring Japan. *Off the top of my head I remember seeing Nana, Claymore, FairyTale, Highschool DxD, and others. A lot of Shonen Jump publications.

So close to Euston station and st pancreas. In walking distance to both and near the underground for travelling around. Hotel comfy and despite being on a busy road, very quiet inside.

Fantastic location, could walk to all the big attractions, didn’t need to use public transport once. Breakfast was delicious, great variety, and a beautiful location out on the terrace.

Hotel is near a great street market that opens on Thursdays. There are also several good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and probably state of art for 1985.

The location was great and the stuff was very kind

The beds was very good and the apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms was large and had aircondition and two doble windows which gave lot of lights. The kitchen had everything we needed and was new and fresh. Nice livingroom with sofa and a dining table, tv and aircondition.

Excellent facilities , staff friendly and very efficient. We had been three times already and we expect ( hopefully ) to book another time.

Apartment has a scenic view, it was very clean. I felt like at home and did not want to leave. You have everything: iron, washing machine, kitchen, coffee machine (coffee capsules included), dishwasher, etc. I would definitely come there again and recommend it to everyone!

I liked everything from the staff to the location, The owner offered sandwiches for my kids free of charge after we checked out. You will feel like home in this hotel. Crown Towers just got to be on my top list for best hotels I’d visited worldwide. The linen, bed and pillows, especially the robe and slippers are way more comfortable than what any other hotels have. Huge toilet and bath The hot pool is excellent. The fitness center is clean and equipped with modern machines. Location is fantastic. You have a wide variety of pubs, fine dining restaurants and shopping boutiques right inside your building. Your staffs are courteous and very happy to serve.

I liked everything! The room was quite casual, although very clean and tidy. But what you see before you enter the room is impressive. It is kind of a new concept of a hostel which looks like a museum. It is a two-storey building with common areas on the first and on the second floor. there is also a roof top bar where they play wondeful live music. it is a very cozy place with very very polite staff. I never felt like i lived in a hostel. I felt like a queen :))

I loved this place! I booked it 3 times in a raw. It’s in the middle of Main Bazar road, so it’s a great location. At the same time it’s not on the road itself, but a few meters inside the block. As a result it’s very quite there. The hotel is of a descent quality. I’ve stayed in two other hotels on Main Bazar, and this was much better (it had even lower price). I enjoyed that they actually invested some creativity to room design. It’s not just plain walls, rooms have their special stile. I liked it! Laundry is available for 25 INR per piece. The breakfast is also good. I found people working here very friendly and welcoming. Next time I want to stay here as well!

Location is convenient, stores nearby. Easy to get on airlink bus. The street is quiet.

Literally lovely bird family nesting upstairs there as it called Nesuto.Owner’s eco-friendly & d.i.y decoration style really shines here.

Close to Skytrain and MRT. Most cab drivers knew the location.Massage facility and coffee shop on the premises. 7-11 across rhe street.

The location is really good, the staff is nice and the common space is nice and useful if you travel in a bigger group and want to spend some time out of the room.

The facilities was excellent and the support of personnel very competent

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Modern design and nicely finished. The bed is comfortable and air con all in order. We was in the room on the top floor which I think is better than the rooms below. The rooms below seemed to have a smell in the hallway. However we did not have any issues. There was no problem with noise. Angelo is a pleasure. He is helpful and knowledgeable and likes to have a joke (even if he has to explain them to you ha!). Angelo’s speak English very well as well. Angelo also picked us up from the airport for a reasonable fee. The room is in a very good location, walking distance within the front and the national park which has excellent views.

Basically, this is a place with 4 rooms in a block. The location is very good. Loved the room (clean, easy fashionable, minimalist style, new and with a very good smell inside). Also we were able to let the luggage at the reception in the day when we had to leave the place. The internet worked. The bed was big and comfortable.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, great location, walking distance to few main tourist attractions, bars/restaurants/pubs and main markets. However it was very noisy, woken up a few times due to building/construction noise. Very close to bars and pubs but that noise didn’t bother us. Breakfast was okay, one morning we went down at 8.30am and there wasn’t much options left. Stay was okay and no major problems but don’t think we’d stay here again.

The staff were exceptionally amazing, they were super friendly and amazing hospitality
