The eggs was ok. Your chef cooking at the egg station could be a little bit nicer and smile. The beds where super fluffy I love it. On my day of me checking in the lady assisting me was really rude and placed me in a room that was not all that nice. But there was this gentle, I’m guessing he’s a Manger. When I made a complain about the lady, he moved me to a more beautiful room with a view I so love. He deserves a raise. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name I wish I did.

Beautiful room, Beautiful view also. Great for solo travellers also.

Room was very pleasant, food selection in the club room was average. More persons who can communicate with customers would have been better. Staff on phones in full view of customers is not a good look. Concierge group were very good.

The room was lovely, compact bathroom but all that is required was in it. I especially loved the breakfast. Geoffrey on the front desk (and everywhere else it seemed) was a man in the right job, and always smiling. Thank you to all staff also.

Great location and easy to get around dubai with. No bar but enough around. Given the price the standard was good enough.

The location is great. The breakfast also very good.

The staff is so much fun! You feel welcome right away as they show you the way around and offer you free drinking water, coffee, tea, bananas name it. Whole of the accomodation is clean and you can sit very relaxt at front of the hostel. Been here two times already!

We pick-up this location to be relatively easy to reach embassy. The bathroom was immaculately white, room clean, comfortable bed, good drapes to make the room darker.

Great customer service nothing was a problem, the room was great French tv and very strong wifi and breakfast was simple but all in all would strongly recommend as it was cheap for where it was located.

The apartment was a great size, nice decor and everything worked perfectly.Valentina was very helpful and kind when she checked us in and gave us lots of useful information with a friendly smile!

Walking distance to both center and Langeron Beach. Building was very fresh inside and never felt like it was a hostel but home. Great staff and they were so helpful. One of the best hostels in Ukraine that I could have experienced. Highly recommended!

The room is clean and very near to shopping and dine area

The apartment was a pleasant surprise, particularly the bed which was so comfortable. The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood not far from the city centre but away enough from the crowds. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Very spacious and clean room for the price, beds were comfy, relatively quiet despite being close to the CBD, and good bathroom facilities, staff were generally nice, although the receptionist when we checked in didn’t explain that we needed to use our keycards to operate the elevator.

Size of the appartment – well proportioned for 6-8 people. 3 bathrooms were ample sized and very well fitted. Cleanliness of everything – no complaints what-so-ever on that front. Coffee, Tea and Sugar available – nice quality/quantity of towels placed on every bed on arrival.

Without doubt a really great value for money guest house. Nice little touches to make you feel at home.

Staff was really courteous. Gave us a really early morning check in. Room cleaning was done really well.

Great location close to the beaches and shops with views over the bay. Lily the owner / manager was lovely and she with her family went out of their way to add value to our stay. The facilities were spacious, good bedrooms and living accommodation, there was good coverage with air conditioning, the covered balcony was our favourite spot. Okrug is in a lovely position overlooking a bay and facing the setting sun for spectacular sunsets. Lily provided local knowledge and directions making our stay a great experience

It is as per my expectation as i was already familiar with the property. Centrally located.

Good place, underground parking lot (please be ready to pay for that in addition to room cost). Good breakfast, average rooms (it was cold and the hotel is now in a stage of renovation). Friendly personnel ready to help you in any case.

Staff was uber friendly. Room was spacious and had a massive window with views to a beautiful park. Bed was a dream.

The location is really good.. close to everything you could possibly need.. it was such a relief to step foot out of the hotel and not get constantly hassled by taxis and shop owners unlike other areas we stayed in during our trip.

Great location to walk around Kiem Hoan Lake or to Water Puppet Theatre. Not far to bus station. Upper room View (over adjacent building) of the lake (lit up at night) is worth the extra $3 upgrade, however, there is no elevator. One room per floor. Breakfast was a few doors down the street, but ample to start your day. Complimentary water and instant coffee/tea available in lobby.

Our host Ambra is one of the best hosts we have ever met. She gave extra effort to introduce the neighborhood to us. In addition to this, her restaurant suggestions were awesome. Also all of the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.

The location is right in the cluster of Adler, close to lots of food places. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ana! She organised for us to do a tour of Sochi. The room was also really nice and clean. The hotel also had a very nice family vibe
