Good position in old quarter, the quarter has a lot of noise, but you don’t hear anything, very good. The Ms of the staff is very kind and very helpful, everything you need she finds a solution. Room clean.
Location is great. Price is super budget friendly. If price is your biggest concern then maybe it’s ok for you.
Room was super clean and hotel v well located. Good value too. Staff were amazing when we realised we had lost our visa card…they called the bank and organised everything for us to get it back. Phuong also Gave us a full refund on bus tickets we had booked before realising our card was missing. We got our card back thanks to them and would have been lost without them. Extremely helpful and nice! We would definitely stay here again and we recommend it to everybody! Thank you!!
Great location walk everything close, owners very helpful and speak English
Room was spacious with comfortable chairs and good bedding.
The place is large and nice but what I liked best is the owners speak English and went beyond the call of duty. For example I wanted to print my boarding passes and could sort of tell I was being annoying but they politely accommodated me. Also called me a taxi for Us $12 when everyone else wants $17-25. Nice people.
The location of this Hotel was fantastic, right in the centre next to restaurants with everything being in walking distance. The staff at the hostel spoke fantastic English and were very informative and we booked our bus to Nimb Binb from here. We will stay again when we next come to Hanoi!
My room was absolutely enormous! I mistakenly booked a room with two king sized beds, just for myself… despite this the price was still very reasonable so I just kept the room and pretended that I had my own apartment.. the lady who runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Location is really good- right in the middle of the old town, but down a quiet alley so it isn’t loud at night.
The hotel is in the center, 5mins walking to the very animated street (bars, clubs, restaurants). In the same time, it’s not in a noisy street. For the price, rooms are good, you have what you need, beds are cleans. No breakfast for us so don’t know. The owner (woman) was pretty cool with us and speaks English.
Excellent service from the hotel staff. Super clean rooms.
