Location was great with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, well furnished and comfortable bed Staff very helpful.
Cheap and spacious room in the old town, very close to the Bat Dan Food Street. The staff was helpful with the arrangement of our pickup for the sleeper bus.
I chose Camilla for simple reason and that’s hanoi’s heat. I stayed in a hostel but the heat was too much for me. Camilla hotel is ideally located , the ac works(phew). The staff is really helpful. They let me use there computer for my Hong kong visa application and gave me few print outs for free. I know thats not too much but still i was really happy with their support.
Everything was great. The bathroom big with a nice bath. The room very clean with comfy beds. The location is excellent because it is in the main part of the city as well as the hotel is very quiet.. You don’t hear the noise from outside.

The hotel is located in the central area of Hanoi. Clean room.
The location is perfect – right in the center of the city, 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem lake, 25 minutes from Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. The cafe with typical Vietnamese baguettes "Banh Mi 25" is highly recommended to visit – just turn right leaving the hotel, turn your first right, and then turn right again. It’s a perfection option for breakfast nearby. The rooms have all the necessary commodities, even a kettle with coffee and teabags. The staff is nice, it’s possible to change USD to VND right on the reception.
Towels were replaced daily, the cleaning staff came through everyday, location was great, close to the convention centre, which is where I spent most of my time
