Sadly, We had to leave before breakfast to get to the airport.
Nice comfy bed, very quiet location with shops and restaurants nearby. Water bus journey is 45 minutes though to get to the main part of town.
Fantastic place to stay. Very quaint and quirky. Staff friendly and very helpful. A little walk from the main tourist attractions but this was nice as you got to see the real Venice and you were away from all the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby.
The staff was amazing. Very attentive and very helpful helping us find reservations. We were only there for one night and it was during their holiday season so a lot of places were closed. The woman who helped me, whose name I forget, was so kind, one restaurant didn’t answer the phone, but she stopped by the restaurant after she left to check for a table for us. Our suite had a private rooftop terrace which was a very nice place to duck out of the hubbub of Venice and enjoy a bottle of wine before dinner. All in all this was an excellent hotel and I wish we’d had a few more nights.
The location was fantastic our balcony looked off to the side of the Grand Canal. We also liked that the area the hotel was in felt less touristy and was quieter. The breakfast was also good, as were the sweets, biscuits and croissant that were left out with the tea in the lounge area. The place had a nice feel to it and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful, the aircon felt great, the location was very nice, away from the crowds but still close to everything.
Very friendly staff, an old building elegantly renovated with a lot of love for details and the well-being of the guests. Very calm. We will book here again. Thank you!

Great location, nice and quiet and away from the busy area but close enough to everything. Nice atmosphere in the hotel, lovely entrance when you first walk in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good,I loved the little tea and coffee station with the pastries available all day and night. It felt like we were in Italy, somewhere personal not a big chain hotel. there were really nice restaurants close by, I loved the one just around the corner by the canal. no complaints, can’t wait to come back one day.
Not easy to find when I was first time to there. The hotel is really close to the Myeongdond and the City Hall station.
