Very nice place, with special spirit. Much appreciated the owner approach. He picked us on Rialto station and brought us to the property.
Clean, central location, helpful host, 10 mins walk to main sites, shops, bars and restaurants. A perfect apartment for our stay with the added bonus of a terrace for a bottle of wine alfresco. Great little restaurant with buzzing atmosphere a few seconds away called Al Portigo with great English speaking waitress. Host met us from the water taxi at Rialto bridge and we were at the apartment within 10 mins. All perfect.

Host was in touch in advance to arrange to meet us at the dock and escort us to the property. The air conditioners in the rooms were great since it was so hot! The one person in our group who had to sleep in the pull out couch in the living room had no A/C though. Great location, close to shops, a grocery store, and restaurants.
Andrea is a great host, he meet us at the boat station upon arrival and guide us to his home, we couldnt ask for more.
Our host, Andrea, was very helpful as soon as I made the reservation he gave me information about the apartment and about Venice. He even met us at the Rialto boat stop and walked us to the apartment. The location of the apartment is fantastic! Right in the heart of Venice, close a small supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 6 (no children), the beds and linen were comfortable. The best part was that the apartment has an Air Conditioner in each of the two bedrooms. Great location, only minutes away from Rialto bridge and water taxi. Andrea was easy to communicate with and met us at the bridge to guide us to his place. He gave us plenty of information. The two apartments were almost identical and all 14 in our group were very happy with the bed arrangements. Simple, clean, efficient. The terrace on the roof top was a hit with our entire group. Location was perfect – everything was just minutes away from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
