The staff is very nice and kind. They were always helping me with any problem / question I had. And I got more information as usual. Great thanks to the reception staff! The location is in first case a bit complicated as it’s very hided and not very well written, but in general you can walk to the most famous places in a short time. The metro is also very close which let you travel through the entire city for a minimal price of 5UAH!

The location is just great! Our room was big and spacious. Staff was helpful and nice. We were allowed to check out 2 hours later and keep our bags at the hotel for a while before our flight. What is more, we were allowed to keep our bags in the hotel before our check-in as well as our plane arrived early in the morning. Breakfast is rather tasty.
Location was great, very close to downtown, yet very quiet.
The location was perfect for a tourist like me who wanted to see all the sights on foot. St. Sophia was just around the corner, as was St. Michael’s and St. Andrews Descent. On the other side was the Maidan and Kretshchatyk. Room service for breakast every morning was a bonus.
