Giant comfortable bed and wonderfull breakfast. Oh also it had a bath! An actual bath I’d not showered in 48 hours and it was heaven . Spotless clean also.

This hotel is very good, but the Wifi is so bad. It should be better. But the staff is so friendly!!
The room was spacious very clean, was cleaned daily. Massive TV, free water and very comfy bed! The staff were the best bit very helpful and smiley always there to help when you needed them. Helped carrying bags, sorting money for us, directions and recommendations. The ladies in the restaurant were so lovely! Food was always quick to be served and tastes amazing!! Breakfast was a winner for us lots of choice and abig quantity we were always full until the evening, the ladies made sure we always left very full and happy!
My mom and I had a very nice experience here, the room was nicely scented when we walked in, the room was very clean too. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with choices of Vietnamese noodle and western style such as ham and omelette, coffee was the best. There is also a beautiful lake and park nearby. The street is much quieter than other area in Hainoi, good for relaxing.

Awesome Harry and his team. Super comfy,spacious rooms. Breakfast Buffet was great, there was too much to choice. wifi was great, it was perfect for us. The best choice for business travelers.
