Friendly staff and owner! We stayed here for three days. The rooms are big , comfortable and clean! It’s right next to the Saturday night live market and a place where you can rent a scooter. The owner and staff are very helpfull and theu can all speal english! She organized trips for us at a good price! We will visit this hotel the next time! Thank you Baan Ngren Village!
Location is wonderful for Saturday nite market, it’s right outside the door and around the corner. Everything else is a short walk,anywhere from 600meters to South gate old city to 2km to klang khlan area, 7-11 not to far. If you are shopping for silver stay here many many silver shops.Front desk is very good at making sure all your needs are met, and friendly. The room is older but clean and the cleaning ladies are great.not much food around area until 5pm around south gate,Lots of good street food there.many top rated restaurants again a short walk. Overall enjoyed my stay.
Excellent location on Wua Lai close to Chiang Mai gate (a little inconvenient due to traffic during the Saturday market, but I know the back alleys). Reliable WiFi. Amazed that at this price we weren’t showering over the toilet like most Thai bathrooms.
