A beautiful setting, lots of trees, charming rooms, with the kindest staff. I have stayed here many times and I always feel at peace here.
My local home when i am in Chiang Mai , very authentic spacious Thai wooden house with charm and touch of boho design ..country side feeling . Very good value for money ..
The woman at the property was very nice but spoke no English so that was only issue. She did give me a ride on her motorbike after figuring out I was hungry when I arrived at night, and she gave me flowers and incense to put in the river for lantern festival. The location is very quiet but not far from old part of city, maybe a 15 min walk.
Очень тихо вокруг, удобная кровать, нет стекол в окнах, только ставни и москитная сетка, поэтому ночью очень свежий воздух. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО КУПИТЕ в 7-11 фумигатор, без него никак. Убранство в стиле минимализм. Убер до центра 40-50 бат, очень удобно.

This hotel is very close to the night club coco bongo. This night club ramps up around midnight and pretty much rock and rolls all night long. If you are lucky and get a room on the South side facing the pool, you should be able to get a good nights sleep. HOWEVER if you get a room facing tenth ave, then you better have ear plugs because YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SLEEP. So if you are here for a nice quiet nights rest ask for a room facing the pool. If you are here to party you will be just fine !
