The AthensWas hotel is a nearly new property with an excellent location on the edge of the Plaka and very close to the Acropolis. They have a fabulous rooftop terrace with perhaps the best view of the Acropolis in Athens. Very friendly and helpful staff, too.
they offer an amazing breakfast (top nutch)); its the perfect location for tourists couldn’t be any closer to all tourists’ attractions; very confortable room and very clean; nice wide bathroom; we highly recommend it!

It is in a fantastic location, stroll to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum and a short walk to the Plaka and Parliament areas and gardens in the city.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. A truly 4-star hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful, making everything perfect for your stay, the food is amazing, the minimal room decor is really relaxing, the rooftop restaurant has real fine dining dishes and an amazing view over the city and the Acropolis. The location is perfect and safe, the water in the shower has a constant temperature which is sooo rare, the cleaning ladies are replacing all you consume everyday and then they come a second time by night to make sure everything is just perfect.
Everything was perfect! We will definitely be returning to this hotel!
