The hotel is beautifully decorated, including the rooms and common space. Very good location, in the centre, and our room was still quiet enough. Great bed, coffee machine and kettle in the room. Friendly reception staff. Nice breakfast with fresh juice and local specialties. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The staff were absolutely stellar. I had left clothing in our room and didn’t notice until we had arrived at our next destination. Excellent standard considering the payed price. Very, very clean, equipped with all the needed facilities (cosmetics, dental and sewing kit, slippers), towels changed daily. Wifi and air-condition working well, good breakfast. Double small room is large enough for a comfortable stay for two persons.

Xenofon is great host – proactive / responsive throughout the process of booking and coordinating re arrival. The place feels very clean and well maintained. Location is great. The building is situated in a cute and quiet neighbourhood with lovely bakery, cafe and a few eateries frequented by locals, while quite close (few blocks away) to the main attraction of the city, namely Acropolis.

We had a one bedroom flat on the raised ground floor which was beautifully decorated and it felt very homely. The owner was very friendly and spoke great English and German and very helpful with tips for Athens. The flat was in a very quiet residential street close to the Metro, restaurants, shops and very close to the Akropolis and other sites – perfect if you want to explore the city on foot.

The spacious, location is excellent. Very beautifull apartment.

We had a 4-nights stay at this hotel. There were three of us – two adults and a child. The personnel were super friendly, cooperative and so on, especially the man at the reception desk, sorry I cannot communicate his name. The breakfast was moderate but absolutely enough to start your day. The hotel has a private parking in the street next block. But get on the bus or the trolley if you aim for the city centre. Bus 224 goes to Syntagma in about 20 mins, you also may get off close to Victoria and catch the metro. If you missed having dinner in the old town, there is a perfect gyros 200-300 m up the main boulevard. All in all we had the perfect stay in this hotel!

The room is small but comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, available city maps at the reception desk, the reception is open 24 hours a day. Perfect for a short stay.

Stayed in a single economy room with shared bathroom. Comfortable, even cosy, good bed, aircon, washbasin, there’s a window in the room – though facing the opposite wall – but still, you can have fresh air! And it was quiet in the night even with opened window. The interior of the hostel is new and nice, almost perfectly clean everywhere. On my floor there were 2 showers and a toilet, no queues. Location is perfect – 2 minutes on feet to Monastiraki square (direct metro line from the airport), 10-15 minutes to Acropol and Plaka, plenty of eateries and shops around.

We loved the large balcony and you really couldn’t beat the location. It was large enough for our family of 4 and very comfortable. The hosts were very kind and responded very promptly. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport which was very convenient. We would definately recommend this flat to anyone.

I loved that Lake Vouliagmeni was so close. It’s an absolute must stop if in Athens. The customer service was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast was much better than I expected. There were great restaurants walking distance from our hotel. Grabbing a cab to The city center is easy. There’s also a beautiful beach only a couple of blocks from the hotel.
