The property was in a quiet area and only 2 villas. The pool was large considering if was for our private use. The staff, Agus, Giday and Madi were fantastic they were always ready to help you with anything you may need. The kitchen /dining area was fully equipped and had AC. The sundeck upstairs was all day sun trap, the decking on the ground floor was more shady but could move into sun. Both had good comfortable sunbeds. Bedrooms had AC. Bathrooms had good fixtures.

The women at the desk were so helpful with every aspect of visiting Florence. If they didn’t have the knowledge immediately, they were happy to look into it and got back to us. Suggestions for travelling around the city as well as local restaurants was Spot on!

The apartment was very spacious,clean and well-lighted. The appliances were all user-friendly which made them convenient to use. The interior suited the place. To top it all, the owner waited for us even if we arrived past check-in time. He was so accommodating and nice. Surely, we are coming back 🙂
