Location . So close to st marks square. Good communication to help us find apartment so late
Nothing, building is very old and damp. Stairs are small and tiles are loose and broken.
The apartment was close to San Marco Square and very basic but neat.
Location and the unique feeling of staying in a genuine, old Venetian home! The towels and linen where fresh. The host answered all our questions very quickly.
The place was clean and there is enough space for 8 people. The bathroom was clean and ok. There is a kitchen which is rather small
The place is ideal and situated very near san marco square. Easy to access.
The single bed was a bit hard, but the pull put couch was really soft and the double bed was ok.
We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment, Marco was extremely nice and allowed us to check in a little early and greeted us with a smile as we arrived. We even arrived about 40 minutes late since we didn’t expect the water bus to take so long to get to us. The location can’t be beat, it’s about a 4 minute walk to the square and tons of restaurants and shop surround the apartment. It also has AC that works extremely well. We turned it on once and it worked very well and fast. We would stay again I think if we needed a large apartment. The apartment definitely makes you feel like you are really living the whole Venice experience, we loved being so close to everything Venice had to offer. The kitchen was tiny but served it’s purpose. He even has some basics in the cabinet in case you wanted to cook something (we didn’t, but it was nice that it was there!)
We especially liked the amazing tasty breakfast, a perfect way to start a day. And the best thing about the hotel was the entertainment every evening, kareoke, parties and so on.
