The owners were very welcoming and so helpful when we had questions.
the room was secure and the building is in a great location. Staff was great, but the internet was hit and miss (it didn’t work in our room although they tried and tried – it did work in the hall – who knows?) Loved the location and Pula is a wonderful town. Highly recommend staying in Pula over Rovinj or other spots close, Pula is a real, working town with a neighborly feel.

Pula was our first stop in our Croatia trip, and the staff at City Points were incredibly helpful during our stay. They provided a lot of great recommendations on cheaper ways to the airport, places to eat and see, and the scenic routes to drive around Istria. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible, and it was very much appreciated. The location is also very close to the sites and restaurants, and each room has it’s own bathroom. Would recommend!
The room was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving us recommendations for where to eat and buy breakfast from. The location was really close to the old town and the airport which was perfect for us.

The staff was helpful and provided us immediately with smiles, information, restaurant tips and even traffic alerts to avoid the highway jams on our way back to Italy. Very good location: within 2 minutes you’re at the Roman Arch in the city center.
