The breakfasts and buffet dinner were great, lots of choice even for a hungry vegetarian. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to look after us. Superb views and rooms, with great indoor pool and gym!
The hotel, facilities and staff were all excellent. The location is breath taking, loved walking round the coastal path, ad down to the little cove pebbly beaches. All food and drink had in the hotel was lovely and reasonably priced. I cannot complain about any element of the stay, it was fantastic!
Reception helpful, rooms large, clean and very well taken care of. Coffee, tea available in room (free of charge), minibar with a good variety. Swimming pools – indoor and outdoor, coffee bars, access to the private beaches, everything accessible in couple of minutes. Impressive breakfast with a huge variety – honeycomb, pastries, fresh fruit, salads, a cook was making omelettes, next to him, another making pancakes – at least half of the specialties were different from a day to the next so you can’t get bored. As specialties = not only sparkling wine was available but also all the ingredients to prepare a good BLOODY MARY !!!! Never seen before… Impeccable service not only in the rooms and reception but also in restaurant and in the open spaces.
Your staff is very friendly. The gorgeous view from our room and the dining room!! You keep your location sooo clean! Your sunny side up eggs and your bacon were oputstanding.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay they were very welcoming. Please find photo of the view from the bedroom , it was magical waking up to this.
Good location to access Pula and surrounding area. Nice food although very crowded dining and not enough staff. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The champagne bar is lovely with great staff. Near by illy coffee shop is a must and there is some shops and a supermarket near the hotel so great to get bits and bobs . The marina is beautiful and the Park Arena hotel is stunning too with a little beach – more quaint and boutique. Great access to local bus to get around Pula, or further afield Rovinj and Porec.
Lovely promenade walk; many different places to sunbathe within hotel grounds and along sea walk; amazing view from room of the harbor (2nd floor of Champagne Suites); professional reception staff; lovely huge and clean entrance hall with lots of seating; friendly hotel staff; small but lovely beach; clear sea water; huge indoor swimming pool; salt water pools.
