Great location, a few steps to the beach and within walking distance to the ADO bus station and the Cozumel ferry. AC was working perfectly which is really needed. The breakfast that is included with the room is very good… it’s real breakfast, not continental bagel and muffin breakfast. Overall we liked the room and would stay here again for the price I paid.
The B&B was great,just one problem if you were late having a shower it was always cold.
Location location location, steps to 5th Ave, half block to the beach. The free breakfast was awesome, my husband ordered something not on the menu (chorizo burrito) just paid a little for the upgrade. I had either the yummy pancakes or the scrambled eggs with ham. The room is dated but very clean. The air conditioning was perfect. If you want great beach club with great drinks (mine was the large Mojito) go straight towards the beach make a left. Go pass the first spot (pass fusion beach club) the very next one serves great drinks(order the large 😉 very friendly workers Roberto & Antonio and it doesn’t get busy with tons of people. It’s called El Parisio (something like that) free chair with purchase. I can’t go anywhere else due to the fact the Mojito’s are so good. If your Mojito lover the only other place I found was the little restaurant attached to hotel has great Mojito’s. I want one right now just thinking about it.
The manager was very helpful… the rest of the staff were friendly and courteous although most did not speak English very well…albeit enough to communicate on a basic level. The room was always clean and the girls who cleaned the room and provided clean linen and towels did a great job. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and the cost was more than reasonable.

The location is perfect. Half a block from the beach and half to the main street. The rooms are very large, almost twice the space of similar hotels. Breakfast very good.
