All in all accommodation is great. Everything clean, nice furniture, A/C, hot water, fridge..everything you actually could need. The house keeper Rosa is very polite and kind. The surounding is also great, very safe. Walking distance to the downtown and the beaches. Playacar is the best option for your stay in Playa del Carmen.

Excellent place in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Close (5-10 minutes) to nice beaches. Extensive breakfast and nice owner. Very clean!
Good quality air condition. Big size bed. Racoon in the garden.
