We spent 3 nights and 3 days in playa del Carmen and it was the perfect accommodation for this amazing place. 1 min walk from 5 th avenue, 5 min walk from ADO Bus station, 7 min walk from the ferry dock to Cozumel and all that at the cheapest price possible for Playa. The staff was so kind. They accommodated every need we had even getting us Burger King when we felt like it as they didn’t have any deliveries! I couldn’t recommend it more ! Our room was an actual suite just like in the pictures. Thank you Suites Corazon for the beautiful room and services.
Room was spacious and although the hotel was one block from Calle Quinta Avenida, it was very quiet. Staff were better than most 5 star hotels with concierge services and willing to assist you wherever you needed to go.
Less than a block away from Quinta avenida; lots of restaurants and shops near by Sun roof Friendly staff Clean facilities, elevator, ac, good water pressure TV Kitchenette Stayed in rooms 102 and 103
I liked the rooftop, the cleanless of the room, big bathroom.
The rooms is large and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful
Great customer service . They also wash your clothes but I would like to have known before hand
