Honestly I only took this place because friends stayed there and it had a good location.
The only plus to this place is it’s walking distance to all the clubs, so its good for that, nothing more.
The best thing about our family room was the large and relatively new TV! However, everything went downhill from there and we would never stay at the property again. Lo siento.
We loved the family room! It allowed me to be comfortable with my children and be able to store and heat up meals at any moment of the day thanks to the mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was also absolutely WONDERFUL. They are very friendly. Wi-fi, cable tv, & A.C. were perfect for kids.
The property is in a good location and the place is very clean.
The location of the property is good, just two blocks away from 5 Avenue and one block from Walmart. The people at reception are nice and helpful. The room was really clean.

Location, breakfast and staff was very helpful every time we needed help.
This hotel is constructed around a quite atrium. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and are always on hand watching the entrance. The room was well-maintained and quiet. This isn’t a resort hotel, but it would be a good base for experiencing Playa Del Carmen. They even have private parking, which comes in handy since they’re near the city center and La Quinta. The fact at they accept pets means that they are just good people. I will probably return here whenever I need to stay a short time in PdC.
