The resort is very laid back and is not crowded at all. There’s always availability at the pool or beach to find chairs during the day or the staff will bring out more to accommodate. The staff is excellent at fixing an issues or problems that came up. It’s probably more of a 4 star property than a 5 star but compared to many other properties in the area--it was a favorite. It’s a very laid back experience with few crowds, waits, or hassles. The food in all the restaurants was really good and had 6 of them so you never really got bored. Great bartenders and drinks throughout.
