The property itself was great, super location, spotlesly clean, great staff, my only disapointment was you only get coffee in the rooms. I went and bought tea bags and milk so was sorted. Very good value for money.
Lovely traditional style hotel. Great decor. Good room and bathroom. Great little courtyard with pool. Set back from 5th avenue which means it is quite quiet.
The design of the hotel is amazing, you get the feeling of being in a old Mexican house!!!
The room size of the suite was excellent even the two queen bed room was a good size however the single rooms were small only for one guest. The pool was small but clean and refreshing
Excellent cost-benefit for a stay in Playa del Carmen, location is very good, away from the noisy clubs and bars but pretty close to Calle 5, ADO terminal and the pier [to take the ferry to Cozumel]. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Perfectly situated between 10 and 5 avenue, to the south just by the Ferrys to Cozumel. Also just a short walk to Collectivos, Staff is extremly friendly and Service minded. Really worth the money! There was a lot of wind and sea weed when i was there, ( end of May) but took a trip to Akumal with Collectivos ( only 40 Peseos) to a marvellous beach. Beds are good but pillows not so comfy. I didnt spend so much time in the room, just slept, AC was good and I think the Hotel was really worth the money .
Great centrally located hotel. Close to the bus station and the hustle and bustle of the Main Street, but off the street so not noisy. Great staff and a very cute hotel.
We liked many things in these property; Great location, very close to see, to ferry station, bus station, …. and almost in the main street, …. very friendly staff: all in reception desk (Karin, ….), in restaurant, allso hous chambermaids, …. In our we have both, great ceiling fan (ventilator) and really super air-conditioner, good and active very quiet!
