Big room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to the beach if you have no problem with the noise ( many bars around the hotel).
The terrasse is fabulous. The location is near by the Main Street, the station of bus, the beach.
Everything was excellent. Room was comfortable and always clean. Location was perfect on the Quinta Avenida near all the businesses.
The location us perfect- right in 5th avenue- but still quiet. Staff are attentive and nice. Althoug the room is spacious, everything is old. Air conditioner is not enough to keep the room cool and there is no water pressure in the shower. The location is excellent and the room is extremely clean. Although it is a budget hotel, I would not stay there again because the room is way too basic and old.

The ouside of the hotel was gorgeous and our room was super spacious. The roof was lovely a peaceful in the evenings and a great place to unwind. The cleaners did a fantastic job every day which meant coming back to the room was always a treat after a long day exploring. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend to friends.
I stayed in room 3 which has a lovely private balcony area. The room was a great size and in a great location. If I was in Playa I would definitely stay again.
The whirl pool tub on the 3rd floor was nice on the cool evenings
Location is the biggest advantage. Located in the main pedestrian street of Playa del Carmen. Lovely neighborhood, located in a garden. 1min walk to all the shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and beach. Staff is very helpful.
