Nothing likeable about the property except perhaps proximity to the Airport for early morning flight
The staff was very helpful, they went out of their way to find me a universal adapter charger for my laptop as I didn’t bring one with. They even went out of their way to get me a drink from the nearest shop.

Only Location – if one is looking for nearer to airport
The hotel is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport. The room was very spacious, clean and in the quiet part of the property on the ground floor with good amenities and comfortable beds to sleep on. The room service was good with decent staff behaviour and prompt service. The food was delicious. We did have a concern regarding communication by one of the reception staff one evening. I brought this to the attention of the senior reception staff when departing and they eagerly understood and assured that it would be taken seriously for future. I found this to be a good attitude of the hotel which understands guests concerns and addresses/assures accordingly. In a nutshell it was a very good experience and we may consider a revisit in future. I would seriously recommend this to other travellers.

Close to the airport for early flights from Delhi. Cars provided efficiently at a fair price.
The room was cleaned everyday and the bed linen changed. The hotel is in a central location with Mc Donalds and KFC 5 minutes away. Walk to the top of the road opposite McDonald and take bus 1, 6 , 3 to go to Jemma al fna 10 minute ride and this only cost 4 dirham. No need to take a taxi!!!!! There is a shopping plaza 3 mins from the hotel where you can find shops like zahra, cobra etc. Opposite the hotel there are couple of cafes where you can grab something to eat if you were feeling peckish. The staff were ok. The beds were comfortable.
