bed was so comfy my mom and husband didn’t bother to get up for the buffet. So we’settled for room service instead. room service was superb!
The breakfast is awesome! The room and bathroom are well maintained. Bigger room with large window and good view of the Metro.
liked best was having direct access to the adjacent mall… where you can buy things you need and to spend the time walking around…
The gym (I think it is a temporary contract gym while its own gym is under renovation?) which the hotel provide is opened until midnight. It is easy to access. But the machines are a bit old and you need to bring your own locker key.
I thought the selection was great. And we had a super friendly attendant named May who was so friendly and helpful.
We booked the Grand Deluxe room and enjoyed the fact that the room was very spacious. Housekeeping was very prompt in answering and delivering our request (a dental kit). I enjoyed sleeping on the bed and loved the pillows provided in the room. A buffet breakfast was included with the booking – the bacon wasn’t crispy though. There are a lot of breakfast offerings – however, there are not too many Filipino viands available.
Position was close to everything, shops and transport. Self check in was easy and straight forward especially with photos sent via email to help. Emails were answered promptly every time. Pool was great and gym was clean.
