The people!! The Butler (Faizan) very professional, humble and switched on, The Head Butler (Racheal) organised our proposal with team and very sincere and helpful – Sue – Duty Manager always on the go. The Director of F&B took time to explain and show around plus always on the floor to check on us – The General Manager Samuel was fantastic too, really ensured our stay was a memorable one and took time to see us at our dining table and ensured everything was flawless. This property is very well design and many thought process has been put in place and for me this property is number one in Kuala Lumpur.
It was lovely to have the free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful
