My only doubt was charge 10% additionally excluding all other taxes by this Hotel saying that was for the ‘Booking.com’ service commission. Still this is a doubt to me.
Good value for Kuala Lumpur which is becoming more expensive every year – especially adding the tax for a non-malaysian guest of 10MYR. That is a lot per night if you are a budget traveller. i certainly am going to reduce my stopover time in Malaysia from now on. This hotel has friendly and helpful staff (they insisted on taking my small suitcase to my room which was so nice). There is a lift for those that need it. The room was big, clean and I had a great view of KL tower at night.Bed is comfortable with extra pillows as well. There are water stations on every floor. Wifi is good from the room.The area has mini mart,restaurants and is very close to Changkat (bars) but is quiet. I felt safe walking at night in this area. J Alor and Bukit Bintang walk, Lot 10 all only a 5 minute walk as is Bukit Bintang station. You can walk everywhere 🙂 Recommended for a quality budget option in KL.
Location in busy area and can had anything nearby hotel
Strategic location, basically accessible to free bus, monorail and MRT. Only 5 min walks from Pavillion. Easy access to other places via public transport. The room is great, comfortable and cozy for the price, imagine you got a hot shower and good rest after a tiring shopping day. Simple self-service breakfast is provided to start a new day, there is drinking water machine where you can obtain drinking water, hot or cold. There are self-service laundry few walks away from the hotel.
I like it when my 5 days and 4 nights trip, I can easily park my car in front of the hotel
This budget hotel is great value for Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent – 5 minutes walk to either Bukit Bintang station, Lot 10 and Jalan Alor. The hotel is older but clean. Bed was really comfortable which is often a rare event in Asia. Staff were helpful and friendly. My shower heating switch was broken and maintenance was sent within 15 minutes and they replaced the entire switch within half an hour. Great service. Water stations on every floor. A couple of english channels on the tv which is good enough as we really are not there to watch tv. Air con worked well. Close to food marts,restaurants and bars yet quiet.
No croissants. Single bed – comfortable. Close to the location I’m going to – just a few mins walk. In the popular Bt Bintang locality. For guests who uses the room telephone regularly, not advisable as there is no phone installed. Breakfast – quite good consider that the room rate was very reasonable. My advice to Booking.Com. The room rate quoted is S$21 but is not so as guests when surfing for the best may not realise taxes have not been added yet. The total I paid was RM 85 (around S28 based on the day’s rate).
The staffs were so good. We wanted to check in earlier, but the room havent ready yet, so they let us to hangout at the lobby. They even gave us free additional breakfast. Thanks!

Good location, nice environment. It is a convenient spot for sight seeing. Underground and bus are all available. Many supermarkets and restaurants around, so you will find it easy to cater yourself.
