This hotel is 2 stars but really should be one star . It’s very very old and hasn’t been maintained well , the stairs aren’t very wide and it’s very difficult to get a suit case up or down , rooms are clean , beds are hard .

Very central position, really in the Heart of Hanoi old quarter.
Not workking the Air Con. They did’nt chAnge the room and at 10pm came inside my room, removed aircconditioner.
Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm thành phố, dễ tìm. Nhân viên thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, Phòng mới được sơn lại, đang còn mùi rất khó chịu, tôi không ngủ được vì phải ngửi mùi sơn. Tôi ở tầng 4, leo thang bộ hơi mệt. Ksan có phần lộn xộn, đồ đạc không gọn gàng có lẽ do mới sửa chữa. Tuy vậy, giá khá thấp nên tôi cũng không quá thất vọng. Có lẽ bạn nên chi thêm tiền cho một khách sạn khác hoặc đợi thêm một thời gian nữa để phòng hết mùi sơn. Thanks! Lĩnh

it was the 3 time I was there so only it is better every time. We had two rooms 203 and 201 and the roms are big the 201 is a lovely suite with sofa and table really we did enjoy it. Also the staff is very helpful, and the location is super no need for extra transportation to visit Prague.!! for me the BEST for a very reasonable price!!
