I like it’s location in Hanoi. It wasn’t too far from any of the places that we wanted to go to. The staff was really wonderful. Even though there was a little mix up on the first day of our stay, June was really accommodating. I even forgot that’s was upset. Our stay was very pleasant! I highly recommend this place for those staying in Hanoi!

Not much, room we booked nothing like the photos on the Website. The Restaurant wibe was terrible. The people we were traveling with left an iPad and some cosmetics behind by accident. We contacted the Manager Jerry and these items were found. We agreed have these sent Priority Security to the Hotel we had moved onto. Never to be seen again. No tracking information was provided as requested. Very poor. The only good thing about this place is the location. Many other Hotels in the same Street, try them.
Viet View Hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quater, its perfect for walking everywhere. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, great advice about Hanoi live given when you arrive. The rooms are perfect and a great price. At the back of the hotel you don’t have any kind of view but you really don’t need it as when you step outside into the street it is alive with activity. The breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant were very lovely.
The hotel was amazing our room was beautiful, and the bed was unbeliably comfy, we used the spa at the hotel which was great as well! But the best part of all about the hotel was the staff jerry and Juen made our holiday so enjoyable showing is the real local side of Hà Nội and helping us out with anything we needed like booking trips, they made sure our holiday was the best it could be!! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly, it’s perfect for anyone coming to Hà Nội!!!
