A lovely hotel located near the French Quarter, which is less crowded and noisy than the Old Quarter. You can walk from the hotel to the Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake in around 10 minutes. We stayed four nights in a deluxe double room. The room was larger than our expectations, coming from Japan. It was also spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helped us make the most of our stay. Be sure to request an airport transfer when booking.
The breakfast is very basic one. The place is very convenience, just 5 mins walk for the Bun Cha restaurant that Obama visited during his stay. The hotel website with cheapest price with free massage too.
Breakfast buffet offered many choices. I especially liked having lots of fruit to choose from. The staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful.
Our tour (Overseas Adventure Travel – OAT) used this hotel, we arrived a day early and booked the extra night through Booking.com. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Management wanted to make sure our stay went well. Stayed total of 5 nights. Daily breakfast was very good. Management also arranged for our pick up from hotel ($20 USD) for two of us – worked perfectly. Location was walkable to major sites – but very hot and humid weather influenced our decision to take taxis. Cost was $1-2 (including tip) from just about anywhere to get back to hotel. Hotel offered good rate when exchanging USD for Vietnam Dong (although ATMs were readily available within 1-2 blocks of hotel).
Very helpful staff, good buffet breakfast and omelet bar.
Jenny was especially helpful. Room very nice. Being able to take a shower after we checked out and came back late in the day to travel that night to Sapa.
The staff was super efficient, very helpful and always smiling. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The location is quite picturesque and at walking distance from old quarter, the lake and the heart of the city.
The staff members were very polite, helpful, and friendly. At breakfast on the first day of our stay I asked for soy milk, which the restaurant didn’t have, and one of the restaurant staff went to a local grocery store to buy some! They kept it in the fridge and brought out every day without my needing to ask.
Very central location, staff very accommodating, room comfortable and well looked after, and overall very pleasant experience.
Location. Have stayed before on several occasions.
