We stayed two nights before and one night upon our Halong Bay Tour in the Hanoi Space Hotel. The location ist very central in the busy Ma May street. One night there was some noise from a karaoke bar on the street, but I guess that belongs to Hanoi as well as the exzellent streetfood. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. We even received a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room with window to the garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged our airport shuttle and took care of our luggage during our absence. They have a small breakfast menu from which you can choose sandwiches, pancakes or some local food. You always get some fresh fruits before you order. We can only recommend the Hanoi Space Hotel.
excellent location, super friendly staff that helped us a lot with travel arrangements (they have a travel and reception desk) and their recommendations for restaurants, trips, etc. were very good, breakfast is kind of a la carte and very, very delicious (especially the pho), rooms are good and comfortable with WiFi, the hotel has an elevator
soft bed , there are many kinds of breakfast can choose. air conditioner is strong. water pressure is strong. staff are kindly, they help me to arrange a driver who delivers my presents to my friend.
We stayed here two nights, three days. Prior our arrival we had contact with the lovely Lilly through whatsapp. She went out of her way to make sure we were okay and even arranged a pick up with a luxury privat car from the airport for 15$. After an half hour ride we finally arrived at the hotel. The reception was wonderful and the staff made sure we felt welcome. From a welcome drink and fruit, to all the information about the hotel and sights to visit! Breakfast was a la carte and all you can eat. The seating are was clean, food was fresh and delicious and fantastic serviced by the friendly Kelly. Thank you all 🙂
The location was great, it’s right the middle of the shopping area. All sorts of restaurants, cafés and bars are available right outside the hotel. Hoan Kiem lake is just a few minutes away by foot. We stayed at the family room with balcony and the beds were great, the room was spacious, the sound proofing was more than adequate and no issues with the bathroom. But what’s best about this hotel is the staff. Special mention to Krystal, Sarah and Lily who attended to our needs from the moment we checked in until airport service pick up.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel thanks to the friendly and helpful staff! The location in Old Quarter is convenient but remember to bring earplugs.
The staff were fantastic, the rooms very clean, meals were very good. You could not get a better location, I will definitely becoming again. When in Hanoi this Hotel is a must.
