We slept at this hotel all the time we stopped in Hanoi. The hostel is clean and have a nice position in the old quarters. The stuff people was very kind, above all the receptionist , Mss Chau, who was very kind and available every request we ask for. She helped a lot. She arranged two trips : one in the Halong bay, which it was wonderfull, we were glad for that. Nice boat, food and the guide too. The other one to Sapa.. it was also nice, expect fot the hotel that wasn’t what we have seen in the picture but it isn’t their fault. The site booking.com too, sometimes show the picture completely different they really are. I suggest you to stay there for your stop night. If you don’t find available rooms contact directly the hostel, they have different hostel at the same price.
Great location, nice room & pleasant staff. The room and the bathroom are in a good condition, the bathroom seems to have been recently renovated. The also offer a good breakfast.
Great location in old quarter, staff approachable and helped with booking tours etc but didn’t over sell to us. Good breakfast, enjoyed the banana pancakes. Room had great comfortable bed and good space for bags etc. Staff reacted well to our feedback and were genuinely interested in what we thought and how we enjoyed hotel and the trips they booked.

Good location and very clean room. Helpful staff, we booked by them a trip to Sa Pa and it was great.
Everything about the hotel was up to standard on what you’d expect, however the staff friendliness was on another level, recommending locations to eat and places to see and go. Even letting us know the bus we booked for Sapa didn’t have a great safety reputation so we booked another one at a cheap price too.

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in my life! Always smiling, ready to help and polite. Good English. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good room service and room amenities with even some free snacks, tea and coffee. Includes breakfast was delicious considered the Vietnamese food is taken directly from some local restaurants nearby, they probably know the good places.
Our stay was great, the staff was very kind and provided a great service. For breakfast you choose from a menu (and you can complement with fruit, cookies and drinks),I had always pancakes and they are great.The rooms are very convenient and has all amenities.
Very quiet location, and tramway / subway station neardby (5-8min. on foot). Very convinient and on the way to the Airport: by car less than 20min.
