Excellent service. Fantastic view at the cafe. Breakfast was pretty decent. Though the eggs are laced with a very strong scent of what I suspect is margarine.
Near the famous lake in Hanoi, big room, lots of places to explore.
the location is central to everything, price is great, food was good and interesting. every store is just next door. KFC, circle K , noodle house, egg coffee etc. most of the staff can speak English. the weekend night market was just two blocks away, we brought everything we needed in just one hour. In our area all the shops opened late and lots of entertainments every night.
The personnel was really helpful and we recommend to go through them if you need any info or book trips and activities (families will appreciate the packages proposed)

Everything was fine, our room had a window to the street, opposed to some that opened into the stairwell which isn’t unusual. Enough space, quite clean and okay breakfast: Vietnamese as well as western. Top location for exploring, a shop opposite and an HSBC ATM around the corner. Fine working ac. Would come again.
