Very friendly staff, they did their best to care for our requests. Even if communication in english not very easy, they still managed to help us. The terrace is great, even on rainy day can be used as one side is covered. You can see some tea hills right there.

很温暖的小房子，看得出店主很用心经营和打理，连房间的小摆件也花了很多心思。虽然没有餐饮服务，但小店精心准备的早餐绝对是一大亮点，尤其是桂花豆浆，香甜浓郁，幸福感爆棚。
1.地理位置：对从上海自驾过来的人来说，整个杭州就没有哪里是不方便的。而这家旅店位于距离西湖20分钟路程的梅家坞，可谓闹中取静，光周边那些景点随便走走都够玩2天的，关键空气清新、门票还便宜、停车还免费（当然有可能是淡季免费无从考证） 2.酒店硬件：简直太任性，没见过哪家家庭旅社用实木地板、双层窗帘、科勒卫浴、四季酒店同款床品……不说了，我家里装修都没那么花血本 3.酒店服务：目测前台姐姐就是老板本人，加了微信发觉是个很有爱心的老板，收留了一只幸福的狗狗，酒店早餐营养丰富口味佳。民宿最大的好处就是随时有任何疑问店家都会热心解答，这家自然也不例外。 4.口碑真实：最后说明一下，本人真的是无意中在booking搜到这家店的不是托，住宿并没有拿到折扣为证。。。
酒店的老板很细心，各方面都给予了很大的帮助，而且酒店的茶园环境真的很舒服，元宵节的那天晚上很贴心地为我们送上汤圆真是太惊喜了，总之各种喜欢，值得推荐
环境不错哦！老板娘很亲切，服务也很周到！只要有座的地方就有书，而且涵盖范围很广，难得看书的我一晚上看完一本！
客栈的氛围很好，员工非常友好；枕头和被子很舒服，浴巾很新很干净。坐落在茶园里，天气好的时候在庭院里坐着会很舒服；门口有辆公车直接可到西湖。还有一只非常可爱的狗狗小原子
