Esta avaliação é da rede de hotéis Palace, 3 dias após a reserva, entraram em contato comigo sobre a possibilidade de troca de hotel. Aceitei e tive up grade de hotel e de apartamento, pois me colocaram no Palace Praia, o melhor da rede e da praia de Canasvieira, em apartamento superior (320 a diária) pelo mesmo preço de um apartamento standart (237 a diária). Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com a solução encontrada para o problema da minha reserva. O tratamento recebido, tanto pela responsável do Palace I quanto pela responsável pelo Palace Praia, foi excelente, amei a minha estadia. A localização de todos os hotéis da rede é excelente, perto de tudo ( praia, centrinho, restaurantes), todos com piscina, funcionários simpáticos e eficientes, recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar em qualquer hotel da rede.
