Great location (10 minute walk to Albert Cuypmarkt / Museum district / Vondelpark, 20 min walk to downtown). Good variety of breakfast options. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, a few extra touches here and there really added to our trip.
The hotel, staff and breakfast were excellent. The room was a little on the small side and we couldn’t get the tv to work. I would note that the stairs are steep. We were on the top floor, excellent views but did not like the climb, however in fairness we were warned. If I were to stay again I would ask for a first floor room.
The room in the basement we stayed in had a soaking tub with jacuzzi which was lovely. Room 11 had a lovely balcony. Both had great beds.

This Hotel had the best bed we have ever slept in. They provided a brochure on the company that makes these beds a family run business . The canal view from our room was amazing.Beautiful cafes down the road and easy tram access to the city.
The nicest place we stayed in our 3 city trip to Europe. The hotel is a little out of the way from all the tourist areas, but the tram is very close, and can take you anywhere within minutes. The staff was FANTASTIC! The nicest group of people we met on our entire trip at a hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The room was gorgeous! The bathroom is like a spa!

The location is convenient, just next to a subway station. Good location in the city. Breakfast included is also great.
