Heartwarming Thai hospitality, really friendly and helpful. They even let us keep our bags after the check-out without any extra fees. Location, wifi, and cleanliness all perfect.
The highlight of our stay was definitely Nisa at reception! She made this hotel by far the most welcoming accommodation we had in our SE Asia trip. She booked cheap and urgent tours for us, recommended places to eat, handed us extra towels, water etc.. whenever we needed it, and even took the time from her personal schedule to do some research for us. The hotel was clean, with a cozy feeling. Rooms were small with hardly any room to move around but you get used to it. There’s a central table in the yard where you can have the included breakfast (just toast, butter, jam and tea). It has a lot of parking, and is located near the Sunday market. You have everything you need at a walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of 9 Residents is quite good: we stayed there over a weekend and it was a convenient walk to Saturday and Sunday walking street. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is a coin laundry next to the property where you’re able to wash your clothes for 20baht. (30baht for the tumbler). Toast and coffee for breakfast.
The staff was super helpful! The room was good, comfortable and clean. Good location, good money value, I’d recommend it!
