Huge and varied breakfast, big room, ideal for a family
Fabulous place to stay in Chiang Mai. Authentically Thai, really welcoming. We arrived straight from train in the morning hoping to leave our bags, but they checked us straight into our room with fresh fruit & water. Friendly & helpful tourist guide in residence. Helpful but not pushy. Fab breakfast included. 10 min walk to old city, easily done & to navigate. Would book here again. Loved it.

I loved this quirky house. It was run by a lovely family and the breakfast was great. I traveled alone with my five year old son and he loved the resident dogs. We done one night in this house then went to the elephant nature park for a night and we were allowed to leave our suitcase in boutique house whilst we were gone. We then returned to this house for another night. I would definitely recommend.

Yes the croissants been good, as well as the whole breakfast and personal service! A little further away from the busy streets like Loi Kroi BUT this makes you sleep very well without outside noise! For my wife the bed was a bit hard, but that was changed, often if we ask for something else/extra NO problem, food type or other things. Comfortable homely atmosphere! Will be back next time.
The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and reasonably comfortable. The garden though small is beautiful and relaxing. Easy to get to the old city …Once you find your way through the maze of back roads!
Nice variety of food for breakfast, good quality food. Good location of the hotel, close to the main road, shopping streets, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
